Thank you for your praise. After a long time of waiting and searching, I feel a little discouraged. I really don't know what god wants. But I don't think I have the gift of being single, so I'll keep waiting and looking

Because I see no biblical support for the idea.
We can even see it in Paul's words. He discouraged the Choice of marriage except for those struggling with lust. If marriage were a promise why would Paul discourage people to accept a promise from God?
