Thats word of faith garbage, dont buy into that! These guys out here walking around claiming to be god (small g tho, thats how humble they are).

Most common offenders: Joyce Meyer, Creflo dollar, Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagin, Benny Hinn ........ and that bunch of heretics. <- If you heard it from them or their minions. Dont believe it! If you are just wondering sincerely about those verses, well with the MOUTH confession is made unto salvation. So thats the most important thing! The words we speak do MATTER, but we dont have POWER like GOD to do as we please.

Only God can create with words. ex-nihilo. Out of nothing.

The only creating that works is a word of faith pastor declaring with faith "I will take the money from these gullible folks in the pews".
^That we see happening all over the globe, while the folks giviing the private jets REMAIN poor. Oy vey!

Definately run from this movement, part of the last days deception. I dont believe for a second that most of these word of faith preachers are saved.

If you want a new car you ask God to give you one.
LOL The Democrat Socialists have created an alternate reality with words and millions of Americans are grabbing hold of it.

WoF doctrine is humanist materialism disguised as that which is worthy of standing in the shadow of the cross.

However, we can affect our reality with our thoughts and our words. The body believes everything you say, was the title of a book published years ago. Basically it comes down to this, which anyone can experiment with to find out if it is true for them. The condition suffered by the hypochondriac is an example of this. I knew someone like this. Thinking they're always sick, or hearing the news about some new outbreak, just days later they'd swear they have the symptoms of that disease or virus that made the news just days before. We prayed for her regularly until one day we got the news that unable t cope with all that ailed her, she stepped in front of an oncoming train. Her suicide note was written and left taped to her husbands favorite beer in their fridge. He was devastated, as were we.

Perception is reality, reality is perception, as they say. No two people see things the same way. What we believe is what we see in our day to day. Or even in our mirror. If someone thinks they're ugly, with no real skills to survive this world, they'll see that when they look at and to themselves to get a job, make new friends, go out into the world. Agoraphobia is one example of that kind of thinking. God be with them.

So yes, how you think has everything to do with how you live. The Book of Proverbs is an example of affirmations designed to help us live in the world we are not really a part of.
As is our faith in Christ a matter of thought and belief. We believe, and we live our lives accordingly.

Part of the problem in the wof debate is that our walk in power is 2 fold.
1) passive protection and blessing and favor etc.

2)proactive. This is where I go against the enemy directly and speak the word over myself and family directly.
My "tools" are word of God,faith, authority, and knowledge of my position in Christ.
Also is my knowledge of the exponent of the anointing (elish/elijah) as well as Gods will for healing and prosperity.

People suffer needlessly over not even knowing it is Gods will to heal and prosper.

They flat out do not know their bibles.

In healing they know about 4 anti healing verses from paul that they pull out like a gunslinger and somehow think the 75 other verses are now voided.
In prosperity they can recite mans failure in Gods entrustments (the gospel, the anointing and finances)

So they frame Gods entire storehouse of miracles anointing, health and prosperity on failed humans and reframed verses they think void any blessing God has for his children.

Even the ot appears to me to be summed up in GRACE.
A gracious loving generous God of increase.
You wouldn't think teaching the grace of God to the church, which is part of the gospel of Jesus Christ, would be seen as a sin, and being called a heretic, teaching doctrines of devils.
It's a shame there are not more like you.
These things are not difficult to see, and yet, one almost wonders why they can't.

Mat 13:10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
Mat 13:11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
Mat 13:12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.
Mat 13:13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
Mat 13:14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:
Mat 13:15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

Joh 10:25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me.
Joh 10:26 But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
Joh 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
Joh 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

Well, i working in hospital and found no different in sickness between unbeliever and believer. I have no statistic, but even in dieing there is no different between believer and unbeliever. Also an unbeliever can die an peaceful death.
The most human will die, if they not die because of violence ore accident, because of any desease ore organ collapse.
Of course you can close your eyes before the reality. And if you will die in very old age, it will be because your body is weakend. But if so be blessed for that.
But what you are doing, is to blame every sick and handycapped and poor believer of not having faith enough!! This is a hit in the face of every desease suffering believer. And there is no single promiss to find in the bible (out of the OT) that believers are in this world imun against handicap and mental ore physical sickness.
Also i recognized in my 30 years as nurse is. That healthy people have often no patience and no compassion with sick people.
I dont know in which world you are living. Your view seems me to unrealistic and bringing false hope, based of false interpretet scripture.
Scripturally speaking, you have yet to prove me wrong. In fact, you have yet to use even one verse in the bible to back up anything you claim as truth.
Facts and truths can be to very different things. Especially in or among the unbelieving believer crowd.
Part of your problem is, you don't believe the bible over the "facts".
If this is a slap in the face of all who claim to be believers, then that is because they cannot handle the truth of God's word, and that's not my problem.
I hear the truth hurts them who are not children of the truth.
And I'm not here to pander to the unbelieving evil hearts.
I have spent years talking about what faith is and how it works, only to be mocked, condemned, criticized, belittled, and the like, by people like you, simply because you cannot receive the truth of God's word.
I could understand, if I were to tell you things that are not plainly written and so easily seeing in scripture, such as the hockers you spew in my direction, but that is not the case.
The Pharisees and Sadducees did the same thing to Jesus.

Joh 3:11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
Joh 3:12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

And just because someone says they are a believer, like yourself, doesn't mean they really are, especially if they can't believe what is written.
And based on what I have read, I can confidently say, outside salvation, you have no faith in God. Like, none.
Can you tell me what faith is?
If so, how did you use said faith?
You say you and other have the faith for healing, and yet when you fail to receive and we tell you why, how can you tell me you have the faith, when you don't even know what it is?
Again, you people are soooooo willfully ignorant. You bring these problems on yourself by rejecting the truths of God's word.
A lack of faith is only one reason why you and others have failed to receive from God.
There are other reasons.
The biggest reason why Christians get sick and die early, is because of either their unrepented sin or that of their parents, or parent's parents, to the forth generation.
Repenting of one's sin, is for the believer, NOT, I repeat, NOT for the unbelievers or unsaved.
The believer is NOT automatically forgiven and cleans of their sins by the blood of Jesus, just because they are born again.
Even as you had to believe, confess, and receive Jesus in you heart by faith, personally, the believer has to do the same concerning their sins, and not at the time of their conversion only. Not that one needs to confess their sins to be saved.
The believer should repent and confess their sins throughout their Christian walk, so God won't hold that against them and curse them with a sickness or disease.
Christian get sick MOSTLY because of their own unrepented sins.
Again, tell me what faith is and how you have used it in your life.
Because all I hear from you is about the what happens in the natural.
I don't know where you're from but where I'm from, I can tell you how believers with real faith die, and it's certainly isn't the same as the carnally minded believers or unsaved.

If you want a new car you ask God to give you one.
The God who spoke the worlds into existence did NOT create the worlds.
Jesus said we, the believers, can do nothing of ourselves. Which is true.
But even as an architect doesn't actually do the work to erect the building he created, who gets the glory or to claim they have built it?
And though a general or president doesn't do any of the actual fighting in a war, who gets the glory and credit for winning the war?
It is always the top dog, so to speak.
So neither God the Father or God the Son themselves, did any of the actual work to create the worlds, but they get to say they did, because they are the ones or one, who sent the word to create the worlds.
And it was the word sent that did the actual work to create all things, seen and unseen.
So when the believer speaks forth God's word, this does not apply to you, it is the word of God itself that does the actual work in the situation. We ourselves, don't create anything, it is the word of God that does. But we can claim to have done it, only because we who believe, are the designers and initiators.

Isa 55:10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
Isa 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

And so shall God's word be for us. It shall not return to us void, but accomplish that which we please, and shall prosper in the thing whereto we sent it. For it is God, through and by His word, who creates the fruit of our lips.

If I want a car can I go to the dealership, place my hand on a car and say, I'm declaring that this car will be mine's RIGHT NOW!

The bible says:

there is power and life in the tongue.

If I tell the mountain to be cast in the sea, it will happen.

When the children of Israel were going through the wilderness, God came near their tents and heard them saying Moses took them in the wilderness to die. God said it will be done just as they have said. And only their children will see the promised land.

How do you guys feel on this matter?
It was not of Moses .He did not say that.

You could say God made eat their own words.. he alone having the tongue of life and death

Like my wife mine when I told her I'm declaring that the car will be mine's RIGHT NOW. lol

If it is within God's will then it will be done. Scripture doesn't promise us cars, material wealth, good health, etc. Whatever is within the will of God is in scripture. And in that will we are to be Christ minded. Christ minded Christians do all they can to imitate Christ and the teachings of Jesus's Apostles. They had hard lives and technically we are not promised anything different than what they held in faith. The heart plays a huge difference. Needs vs wants are a big difference. If the individual needs a car to get to work and provide for their family. God is all for a individual providing for their family. But if the individual wants a white Cadillac with large rims and loud stereo system then God has no reason to inspire that.

Well, here you have it, folks.

Word of Faith preacher Kenneth Copeland claims that he has destroyed Covid19.

This is why I cannot take charismatic/Pentecostal/Word of Faith people seriously.

These groups co-mingle, so please don't take me to task for generalizing.

And, if you do take me to task, do you agree that Kenneth Copeland is a false teacher? Because, from my experience, most from this subculture will not condemn the teachings of people like him.

Again yes you can. Its what God says. Your made in His image, Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God,

See its "is it inline with the word of God". For me.. I by pass don't listen to those that attack, bash, make fun of ANY preacher in this world. That is something God never does. If this about getting the world wrong, believing something wrong, sinning, spending to much money on me.. on and on. Toss me in with all of them. For just WHAT did Christ save you from? Yeah.. look around.. hello.. were in the same boat.

If you search more on this and go in expecting that person your listening to.. to talk like believe as you do.. then ALL are going to be false teachers, preachers.

So if you truly want to know just what you can "change". Be in prayer.. like those of old and today. Those that pray from 10pm to 5am every day. This is just one person. Or the other 9pm to 3am.. every day. So want to talk about this or that preach.. your going down the wrong path. This is not the way the holy Spirit works. I like Word of Faith preachers. I see hear Jesus. I like Macarthur. Am I to toss him out because for me hes preaching a slightly different doctrine? As in no gifts.. there dead? How about Leonard Ravenhill.. oh theres a man of prayer. Think your something in Gods kingdom? To him its tell me about your PRAYER LIFE!

So yes.. you can change so much. But.. since one does not have a prayer life and seen known God.. then its just doubt. See the answer is not in anyone on this or any other Christian forum. All you hear is what each of us personally believes. So YOU seek and pray. You find what your GOD said in HIS word. You ask HIM about it.. and pray.. were told to always seek to be in prayer. Why do you think that is? So we KNOW HIM! Thats where we see the POWER of the LIVING GOD!

So pushing over carts :) Praise GOD for Word of faith Preachers, Baptist Preachers.. anyone that shares spreads the gospel.

Here's a few more videos demonstrating some of the problems with the charismatic movement.

First one is Kenneth Copeland's alleged destruction of the Corona virus. Second one is a great show by John Sampson and Steven Bancarz concerning the many problems with the charismatic movement. John used to work for Copeland, and Steven was brought up as a Pentecostal. He got involved in New Age teaching as a young adult, but was then converted by God to Christianity. He has visited charismatic churches since becoming a believer, and recognizes some of the same evil spirits that are involved in charismatic teachings.

Particularly, he plays a few clips by Bob Jones, who is the father of the charismatic movement. Bob Jones was a major figure in the life of Kenneth Copeland, as well as other charismatics. Listen to his words yourself and determine if he is a sound believer. I think not.

With regards to charismatics, they have repeatedly shown bad judgement in terms of doctrine. Besides their own doctrinal issues, charismatics have called men like William Branham "God's general". William Branham was a oneness Pentecostal who claimed to be a prophet. Well, he missed the boat with that claim, because he was one of the endorsers of Jim Jones' ministry.

The fact that significant charismatics laud William Branham is telling, because, in essence, they are approving the teachings of a heretic who denies the Trinity, and who claimed all kinds of weird experiences.

Jim Jones is the cult leader who lead about 900 people to their deaths.

You guys might as well forget about convincing me that charismatics are worthy of serious consideration. I have seen way too much to fall for that. And, the video with John Sampson and Steven Bancarz will give you some of the reasons why the movement is discredited by all sound Christians.

Like Steven says, 50 percent of the church thinks that recent charismatic teaches are Satanic, 25 percent think it's of the flesh, and the other 25 percent believes it.

By the way, Steven believes that the miraculous sign gifts are still in existence today, but he does not support the charismatic movement as a whole.

One notable remark was that this skyscraper of charismatic teaching is built on a dime-size piece of real estate.

Notice that Bob Jones claims that unbelievers have the Kingdom of God within them at birth, and they just need to access it. He doesn't seem to realize that man is fallen, and needs to be born again. Such basic facts about Christianity are being denied by charismatics like him, and he is one of the main teachers of charismatics.

This video basically summarizes my thoughts on a significant portion of charismatic organizations....it is demonic, and reflects the work of a counterfeit spirit.

2 Cor 11:3 3 But I am afraid that as the serpent deceived Eve by his cunning, your thoughts will be led astray from a sincere and pure devotion to Christ. 4For if someone comes and proclaims another Jesus than the one we proclaimed, or if you receive a different spirit from the one you received, or if you accept a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it readily enough

2 Cor 11: 13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ. 14And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. 15 So it is no surprise if his servants, also, disguise themselves as servants of righteousness. Their end will correspond to their deeds.

Those who are excessively interested in spiritual manifestations and doing things like leaving their bodies are most assuredly being seduced by these false teachers.

I also respect Costi Hinn, a nephew of Benny Hinn, who is also involved in exposing individuals like Kenneth Copeland and Bill Johnson.

By the way, Steven Bancarz is apparently associated with the charismatic movement in some way so he isn't totally dismissive of them (which is my tendency). He was a New Age teacher before being saved. John Sampson, the other person, was associated with Kenneth Copeland at one point.

Why am I dismissive of charismatics? Their understanding adds nothing to me. I enjoy studying the Bible and relishing in doctrines like union and identity in Christ, and seeing the shadows and types of the OT. I already know I'm joined with Christ, and I don't need to go looking for emotional experiences to validate my faith. I don't need the sense of power or emotional stimulus that apparently charismatic beliefs give some people.

Someone once told me "I'm sorry" after I had been completely out of line with them and it changed my life entirely. So yes, we can change reality with our words. We can raise the dead to life.

What did Jesus say? In the Book of Mark chapter 11:
"Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him.
