Never had Jack-in-the-box, we have Burger King but I never like their burgers for some reason. IDK just too salty or something. Or maybe burned. Then I heard because they aren't cooked properly on the flame grill, they then microwave them?!
I don't really like Burger King either. 😂 JIB is like Wendy's but their burgers taste more like steak if that makes sense. More like sirloin I guess.

Some are using wagyu or angus beef which is pricier and more gourmet.

In NZ we use NZ beef so it's all grass fed anyway. The beef here is pretty good.
Only nice restaurants serve angus beef here. I don't think we can get Wagyu unless some super pricy restaurant has it.

Mac n' Cheese

I forgot that even Filet o' Fish burgers have cheese on them.

I have now made Kraft mac n cheese from a box

my dad liked it, so I may possibly buy another one, I like the sachet and adding just milk and butter...don't even have to mix it first you just chuck it all in the pot hooray cheese powder!

when I try to do it my way, using real melted cheese, somehow it's thicker

The only thing I don't like is the Kraft macaroni is not very 'elbowy' i.e more like straw tubes than rainbow shaped arcs.

I have also the 'instant' microwave box version so will try that at some point.
