we've raised chicken for years and never had a green egg that I can recall! but -
we do love hard-boiled eggs in our salads, free-range and no hormones or antibotics -
many years ago I learned that when making a 'meat-loaf', out of whatever meat is
preferred, that putting a couple of HB eggs in the middle kind of gives it a little personality...

kind of gives it a nice, different variety...
