I am not new to discussing on forums. I have been at it since 2004. It's different if you do capitalize words within a passage within the Bible because you are just trying to show them what the Scriptures say clearly. But if one does it as a part of their normal conversation it is generally considered as yelling whether that was their intention or not. By his negative and hateful tone towards me and or others with the bold caps, it certainly does come off like yelling.

I use caps primarily in Bible verses. If I do use caps on rare occasion within my paragraphs, it is to emphasize a word on occasion for the purpose for people to see my passion on the topic. My caps are never used in anger towards someone and or in accusing someone of being false, etc.

If you will stop in accusing for one second and actually read what I wrote, you will see that I mention that I bold Bible verses and I also do bold on occasion certain words in a paragraph so as to emphasize my passion for the subject. The key difference or poinnt I was saying (If you were to actually read all of what I wrote) is that I do not leave the caps lock key on so as to vent anger at someone and or so as to call them false, etc.

You've got to be kidding. Read thru the thread. When a person calls you false, and or appears to be hateful to you, the Cap's are generally considered as yelling. Besides, I am not new on talking on forums. This is generally accepted by most forum folk. Just ask around and or research it for yourself.

No, I have been discussing on forums since 2004. Go back and read the posts. If you can't see it, then you are simply choosing not to see it. There is no love in his words towards me. There is only hate and accusations. When you add words that are Capped with hate it is not a good combination.

Jesus said do unto others that you would want done unto yourself. Well, as you are probably aware, something does not have to be mentioned in the Scriptures in order for it to exist. Smart phones, tablets, the internet, and cars are not mentioned in Scripture and yet they exist. In fact, many things that existed thru out history are not mentioned in the Scriptures. Yet they still existed. It's the same concept with internal temptation and external temptation. It exists in real life and can also be seen in the Scriptures in the case with Jesus.

For example: (You might have missed my analogy before),

But let's say some guy tries to tempt a man who is born blind into looking at women lustfully in a strip club (when he does not know this man is blind). The guy who is tempting this blind man is tempting this blind man externally into lusting after women in a strip club. Yet, the blind man has no vision to see these women lustfully, so he has no capacity to look upon these women lustfully because he is blind. There is no internal temptation with this blind man. His temptation is all external by the guy trying to tempt him wrongfully.

The devil tempted Jesus externally. Yet Jesus had no internal temptation or desire or capacity to indulge the devil's external temptations.

Also, Jesus is not against the use of using real world examples. Jesus used Parables (i.e. real world examples) all the time so as to illustrate spiritual truth within the Scriptures.

Now, from listening to this conversation, would you say I was tempted in wanting the smart phones? No. I was only externally tempted. Swap temptation for love, or some other emotion. It's the same thing, my friend.

As for your final point: No, Hebrews 7:26 says He was Holy, separate from sinners and undefiled. So there was no way Jesus could have had anything dark within Him to do be tempted in a wrong way. Ok, " another example " ... Your saying you didn't want the phone, because it was hot " stolen " , that's why you didn't want it, so you were tempted, it was the repercussions that stopped you from completing the act. The questions was asked, you looked, new it was shady deal, and denied the temptation, passing the test...

but the question was asked Jason, you were tempted... you thought hey, if I purchase these phones I could probably get off of them quickly for a profit but I could get caught with these hot phones and get charged with a felony, I better not do that.
