You are not a police officer!!! Etc etc etc. You are Jason on a forum. People don't know you. Have a little bit of mercy towards others and stop judging people. This hypocritical nature you have is becoming tiresome.
You never agree with anyone only disagree and become paranoid.
I am sorry to inform you, but your world view is not the center of the universe. Other people besides myself find the word "dude" offensive. Like I said, police would find it offensive and many other people find it offensive (besides just me). That is why I provided a link to an article of someone (Who is a non believer) who also finds that word offensive. Also, you said I am not a police officer. So does that mean you give respect to the police officer so as not to get him more ticked off (for him to give you a ticket), and yet you do not care in showing me respect because I am unable to give you a ticket? Do you just do things so as to protect yourself? Or do you think maybe being a Christian is more than that? Do you think maybe a Christian does things so as not to offend others (Even when they do not understand)?
In other words, let's say you found the reference to women as "chicks" as being really offensive. Let's say hypothetically Carl does not think the word "chicks" is not offensive at all because of the people he grew up with and the type of culture he was exposed to. Should Carl respect your wishes? Or should Carl say that it is all you, etc.?
