I think a Senior Forum might keep some people in who might otherwise leave. Many Christian Forums are heavily dominated by teenagers. PTL for this, but some seniors feel left out.

He doesn't want too many subforums. Or too much segregation.
Subforums are only made based on what he thinks shows a need. He's determined there isn't a big enough draw of seniors perhaps? Or maybe feels they're more likely to stay in that one subforum and not branch out. Perhaps more likely to complain about people not seniors posting in it?
Who knows the exact reasons.

Or maybe because we don't last too long..... you know we have an up coming expiration date...lol

wow intersting what oldies complain about on here lol
I kinda thought they either hated the young or just wanted to talk about their BM. (bowel movements)
Maybe there is a place for that.

We don't hate the young.... not a fan of screaming babies though I have to admit.

I am one of those seniors who will pop in even when not wanted.... Does that mean I'm pushy?

And I thought, "I guess I don't measure up to Willie T., I got banned!" Lol Poor guy, I wish I could've met him.

He was a wonderful person as Tourist and I met both Willie and his wife and had many meals with them and many good conversations. He passed away and I miss him. We moved from Florida so don't have ability to go out with his wife anymore either. They both are/were good people.

I will say on a plus side of being a senior is that I love this stage of life. The stress of younger years and having to go to work everyday is over for me. Daughter is raised, downsized the house and mortgage payment, things that used to stress and bother me don't anymore and after working since the age of 13 (babysitting), and then a multitude of other jobs. I get to do whatever I want to.

Thank God still o.k. enough to get around and just on the beginning of old age declining as in health wise... So I would not trade this stage of life for any other previous one. I now have time to stop and smell the roses and grow the garden. O.k. I piddle in the garden and God does the growing, but it is fun to watch it grow and love the bounty that comes from it.

I planted a bunch of bulbs and now there is green poping out all over the yard where they were planted and just a few weeks will see all the flowers from the fall plantings.... It's gonna be real pretty y'all.

Loving life as a senior...for sure.
