Separate means still in a marriage.

Suggest to respect marriage
covenant till end, at least till final court divorce paper handy, then start looking.

Jesus said not to divorce unless spouse commit adultery. Otherwise it will create many adulterous by remarrying...

If we call ourselves Christians, then we need to live like one.

Blessings.

First, howdy and welcome to the forum.

Second, I HAVE CAPS LOCK TOO, BUT I HAVE NEVER, EVER, EVER SEEN ANYBODY CHANGE HIS MIND ABOUT ANYTHING BECAUSE SOMEBODY USED CAPS LOCK TO ARGUE WITH HIM ABOUT IT. IT JUST DOESN'T HAPPEN.

Caps lock is "cruise control" for cool.

Third, Walmart never does carry venison. I love me a pot of deer chili. If Walmart DID carry venison it would be overprocessed and flavorless.

Fourth, have you SEEN the deer population this year? "Getting out of hand" doesn't even cover it. And don't get me started on the wild boar problem down in Texas.
are you a hunter Lynx
I would never have picked you as one, even though you have a predator as your profile

Or is it just point and shoot video games?

Famous hunter in the Bible was Esau. Or was it Ishmael? Maybe it was both. Defintely not Isaac. Isaac was nearly sacrificed!

Strong, vicious animals don't taste nearly as good. Carnivores have acrid meat.

Herbivores though, they are delicious! Rabbit, squirrel, deer... Our church has a men's wild game supper in the winter, and we've seen all kinds of meat there.

Walmart "meat" doesn't have anything on it. It's not real meat. It's a pale imitation.

For what it's worth, the author of Calvin and Hobbes agreed with you.

I'm pretty sure it was Nimrod. Esau was one too, but IDK, they both were.

I grew up eating wild game. It's delicious!

Having said that, I'm not into hunting. I'm all for hunting, but it just isn't my thing. I love the outdoors though, especially hiking.

Just out of curiosity... do you eat meat at all? Chicken, burgers, hot dogs, fish?

Animals are not people and while we shouldn't be needlessly cruel, God gave us the animals for food in Genesis 9:2-3 . I've never met or heard of a hunter that enjoys the suffering of the animal, but I do remember reading a book where the author described seeing a pack of wolves take down a deer and while we'll spare the squeamish among us from a detailed description, it was clear that that deer felt more pain being killed in a natural way by the wolves than it would have by being shot by a human hunter.

Whangdoodle battles are different than hunting. I'm not hunting Whangdoodles to eat or for their skins or to hang them over the mantle. It's a mission of eradication. I'm not a hunter, I'm a warrioress! 😋

So...what are you going to do with all the Whangdoodles bodies once you've snuffed out their lives? Or, it more of a case of drowning them in a chocolate river or something. Or will you use some other kind of biological warfare, like I don't know...hornswagglers to eat them.

You know, the old Art of War strategy by sun Tzu.

My enemy is your enemy kind of thing.

I come from the land of Xena, Warrior Princess.
She used a kind of spinning disc thing that she would throw I forget what it's called. Not a frisbee. She must have exterminated all the Whangdoodles because we don't have them here.

It's called a chakram
She also had swords, and some kind of (panty) shield.

Husband hunting is a thing among certain Christian women for sure but not sure if they really do it outdoors.

Am reading the Alone in the World book now and Miriam Lancewood writes that she bought a house (off-grid) in Bulgaria and stayed inside in winter. She became vegetarian for a while cos hunting is not allowed there, but she decided to take off in another wilderness hike and took along her bow and arrow in another country where she was allowed to hunt.

If she couldn't find any game to kill she went hungry.

Am not sure I could ever do such a thing, am terrible at archery, but I can fish.

Also check out the movie

Hunt for the Wilderpeople

The foster mum kills a wild pig so definitely hunting in that movie. And Uncle Hec/Sam Neil catches a giant slug I mean eel.
