Hello! I posted a while back ago about an issue I was having about suicidal thoughts. Thanks to your Prayers and the love of God I’m still alive and in a much better position with my life and faith. So from the bottom of my heart thank you. Though I still have something I need prayer about though.

For the past 7 months God has been pushing me to something and it’s been told to me a lot through him. I felt like Gideon asking for clarification on if he really means it lol because to me it seems too good to be true. And that’s something my past really enforces on me, the whole “too good to be true” thing. But he’s definitely put it in my heart and I’m not sure if you guys still believe if God speaks through dreams as well, but I’ve had 25+ recurring dreams on the subject. I’ve seen it through his words and in prayer. But through all that I have doubt. It’s been a major force in this. One of the dreams even warned me about it. It’s just so hard to see that he has this amazing thing planned for me when all I’ve been through my life is rejection, abandonment, abuse and pain. I know they aren’t from God but my doubt just makes me so confused. I ask for prayer to get through the doubt. I’m afraid my doubt has closed that door he had for me and I’ve fallen out of his favor. Please pray that as I go on the journey with God that I’ll start to understand how to deal with doubt and to have more faith in his will for my life.

There is no magic bullet. Just make walking with Him your priority each day and He'll take care of the rest. Don't put all your eggs in this one "amazing thing" basket; if it's His plan, He'll guide your steps. Glad to hear things are going better!

"The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps." Proverbs 16:9

"Plant your seed in the morning and keep busy all afternoon, for you don’t know if profit will come from one activity or another—or maybe both." Ecclesiastes 11:6

Little steps in the right direction are sometimes all we can focus on. Seeing "too much" at once is definitely something to be leery about. Perhaps "cautiously optimistic"? It sounds like you've already debated and tested this well enough that you'll probably just have to walk it out.

"too much" pressure even on what some might call a "calling" could be something to definitely seek God about.

Praying for you now.
When you have doubt, gently pick yourself up and ask God to take full control of your heart and mind. It's not in your strength. lt's in God's strength. Lean on him. We are human beings and cannot be perfect on our own.

Proverbs 3:5-6
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

שלום עליכם Shalom, God's peace be upon you.
Doubts can be good or bad. It all depends on what we are doubting. We, as Christians, cannot doubt Christian dogmas, like whether or not God exists, whether or not Jesus is God, whether or not God is Trinity. But we can doubt our dreams, because in most cases they are from demons. So we must not be passionate about our dreams. We must realize that we don't know where they come from and whether our opinion about them is true or not. So I pray that God gives you this reasonable dispassion and discernment.
God be with you. Praise Jesus.
