No one has ever accused me of being a trump fan however, removing him from State ballots based on the 14th amendment doesn't really make any sense.
He was impeached on charges of insurrection. It went to court, they lost. So how does it now make any sense for stage to say hey we're going to remove you from the state ballot on the grounds of something that hasn't been established in court that you did?

Polls have mostly been fake, and this one is more fake than any.

Then again, was the "population" polled truly representative of the entire population? Chances are that a proper nationwide poll would show no more than 10% support for Biden. Even the Blacks and Hispanics are disgusted with his policies.
For large populations 10% of the total is considered reasonable for a proper poll. So what is 10% of 340 million? That would be 34 million. As you can see no one polls even 34,000. So take all polls with a pound of salt. The polls in 2016 showed that Donald Trump would not win in 2016. And then he did. But now fraudulent voting and election theft may come in the way (as in 2020).
You didn't read the fine print, this poll was only of Biden campaign workers and staff, so this is really saying that half of those people no longer support Biden.
The Southern Border Communities Coalition (SBCC) is obviously biased, and have no interest in Texas border security or national security. So they want all barriers torn down.
But Texas became independent from Mexico in 1836 and officially became a state within the USA in 1845. Shortly thereafter, the state could have acquired at least a one mile wide strip of land along the southern border (if there was no private ownership of that land). But if there was, it could have acquired this strip by annexation, applying the principle of eminent domain (with generous compensation). Then there would have been no wrangling with private owners in recent times.
Also Bush promoted a fence along the border, instead of an actual wall. As a result it has never been effective. And Trump also built a fence. How silly was that? Again, the state of Texas could have told Bush to do the right thing. The Great Wall of China was already an example to show how to have a barrier to foreign invaders.

When Cude came into office a year ago, he reached out to dozens of judges encouraging their counties to declare an invasion. He also formed a contiguous county coalition to come up with solutions and express support for border counties. Prior to Cude's election, Atascosa County was among the first to issue disaster and invasion declarations.

4 years and still no enforcement. What is going on here?
For four days the secretary of defense was incomunicado with the Whitehouse while he was in hospital.
Some people will try and turn this around and blame Biden. They will claim that at a time when we are at war with Yemen, Iran, and Russia that Biden should be in constant communication with the secretary of Defense. But lets not turn this around. This man is in the chain of command for the nuclear response.
Everyone assumes Biden was asleep for the last four days, but that may not be true, maybe Biden called him and just got his voice mail. Perhaps that cocaine we saw at the Whitehouse is only the tip of the iceberg, maybe everyone in the Whitehouse is going off on Cocaine binges and so they simply assumed the Secretary of defense was at some crack house with a bunch of transgender "attaches" with him making another video for Tik Tok.
People are claiming that this violates the written law, what happened was illegal. Really? How can anyone think that the "law" regulates this Whitehouse! This guy got into the Whitehouse with the best fraud department in the history of election fraud. Look at Hunter Biden's laptop, obviously the DOJ ignores laws when it comes to Biden and his Whitehouse.
To those claiming the US was put at risk I would argue we had our best people at all times working, Joe Biden and Lloyd Austin are not our best people, the last people you want at the helm during a crisis is them, so consider that.
So then, what should we do? Pray! Are you nuts, turn to Jesus now and pray! What more do you need to know to realize the people in the Whitehouse are a complete group of incompetents.

The secretary of Defense is one of the two people who have authority to launch a nuclear counterstrike, the President and the Secretary of Defense. So don't worry, we still had Biden. Like I said, turn to Jesus, pray, the day of judgment is at hand!

Yep the SBCC is definitely left of center on the matter but they did do their homework on which administration built what and when. The walls they are building wont ever work, even Trumps section they used power tools and cut thousands of holes in it but it's something to talk about if running for office. Yes, they let felons out of jail, including violent felons. But they are very hard on people with misdemeanors giving them as much as 20 years.
Sure they don't prosecute the mostly peaceful riots that burned down cities in 2020, but they have been very strict against pastors who stood outside abortion clinics.
Yes, they want felons to be able to vote, but they also want to remove people accused of crimes from the ballot.
So as you can see they are not soft on crime, it all depends on who is committing the crime.
