Now reports are that the Trump campaign posted video of their day at Arlington National Cemetery. Remember the federal law:

Federal law prohibits political campaign or election-related activities within Army National Military Cemeteries, to include photographers, content creators or any other persons attending for purposes, or in direct support of a partisan political candidate’s campaign ​

So Trump definitely violated federal law.

And his campaign was warned about exactly that before their visit. The NPS statement said:

“Arlington National Cemetery reinforced and widely shared this law and its prohibitions with all participants.”​

I guess Trump just plain didn't care, consistent with his previous disrespect for our troops, POWs, and fallen soldiers.

I'm not quite sure about this reason, it seems rather vague.


Reason #2 – Teens’ and twentysomethings’ experience of Christianity is shallow. A second reason that young people depart church as young adults is that something is lacking in their experience of church.

Again, that could be for several reasons. A need for young people to be entertained, which is a huge problem because of instant access to everything, everywhere, all the time.


Reason #3 – Churches come across as antagonistic to science. One of the reasons young adults feel disconnected from church or from faith is the tension they feel between Christianity and science.

Perhaps so, but some good apologetics teaching could clear this up in a minute.

They pretty much answered the question right there. That's the culture not the church.

I went over the data you gave. And they gave more reasons for the kids answers than I did. They didn't say too political. And the Bible is not antagonistic to science. No one said there was anything wrong with having doubts, and that wasn't stated in the answers. Again, I think it's a chip on your shoulder, but no, you can't blame Christians as the reason kids leave church. These answers simply don't prove that. And that was my point all along.
