I am glad that you mostly agree. And I have no problem with plagiarizing. I do it all the time.
Thats how we pass along lessons to preach and teach.

"don't want to spend an hour: "
But your one post does not equal 12 hours of lectures. Not even close buddy.
They are packed and there is no way to elucidate all of the salient points on a mere message board.
I only watched the first hour. You cannot plagiarize the Bible.

Now if you are saying I was plagiarizing his teaching then that proves it is not from the Lord. The Lord said "freely you have received freely give", He also said we don't have anything that He did not give us. So if the claim is he has something that was not given to him from God that would be evidence that it is a damnable heresy.

So then, what are you referring to as "plagiarizing"?

Also, since I said it was a summary of his teaching in that hour long message I did give him credit, hence my summary cannot be called "plagiarism".

BTW......if you in fact never knew the TRUTH of Acts 4 & 5, and are embarrassed to say so, I understand.

The vast proportion of the Church does not know either. So no need to be ashamed.

But you could thank God for the man Chronister deep in your heart. Privately. God would be pleased at your honesty.
The truth is to be sold out to the Lord. In the 1970s, probably 1979 I made a very thorough consecration to the Lord and wrote it out as a written contract.

During the entire hour long message he never actually did get to the truth which is that we must be fully given to the Lord, fully consecrated.

The truth is not about Barnabas, Ananias and the Levites. The truth is that each one of us needs to have the same attitude that Abraham had that Satan cannot say he made us rich. That means you cannot compromise by allowing yourself to become wealthy in a way that bothers your conscience while justifying this by saying "everyone else is doing this". Twice in my life I chose to walk away from getting rich for exactly that reason.

Dude......note the sarcasm. And lighten up a little will you?

My point though is this: that YOU did not fully nor correctly comprehend Acts 4 & 5.
Just like I never did.........for 30 years.
And that Chronister DEFINITELY is correct in this CRITIAL biblical account.

And do NOT ask me to pony up $2000 for you to take a polygraph test. I won't do it.

Let the Lord judge, my testimony is in 10,882. I was taught based on the teachings of Watchman Nee when I was first saved and that involves a very detailed consecration to the Lord as well as a very detailed discussion on dealing with sins when you get saved. Are you the fruit of that ministry? Plagiarism is lying, deceit and fraud. It is of Satan. Telling people you "were just joking" after making such an ugly slur is what Jesus condemned when he told the Pharisees that they would be judged for every idle word that they speak.

Greatest bible scholar of this present age. Nobody compares.
That is a very big red flag to me. I have heard this before about others and it was always a major sign something was really, really wrong.

Well then you had better mind your idle words. You would not want to condemn yourself would you?
And I will strive to do better myself.

No. Really really right is closer.

BTW.....I definitely do NOT agree with everything Chronister says. Not by a longshot.
But we are close. And as regards the CRUCIAL and deep matters of Scripture, nobody does it better.

17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

I have read many Bible teachers and gotten light and insight from many. But the ones that claim they are a special gift from God, they have a special anointing, they are better, brighter, or greater. Those are the ones who are denying the Lord. Every perfect gift, every good gift, comes from above. Paul even said he would have likely succumbed to arrogance in the revelations he received had God not given him a thorn in the flesh.

All cult leaders start down that path because of pride, that is what leads to their fall.

I never made that claim. You pulled that out of thin air.
And Chronister CERTAINLY has never in the slightest boasted something so abhorrent either.

Anyhoo.....enjoy the 12 hours of lectures. I have already gone thru these, but its time for a refresher, which I am undertaking as of this morning.

No, I didn't. I got this from you:

"Greatest bible scholar of this present age. Nobody compares."

Phil 2:3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. 4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others. 5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

"they are a special gift from God, they have a special anointing "

Thats all on you buddy. Another hair-brained crazy notion, of which you have many.
I have never issued any kind of nutter proclamation like that.

"Greatest bible scholar of this present age. Nobody compares."
To this I agree. But its my opinion only.

The MacArthur's and Alister Beggs and the generic crew stick with the cookie-cutter basics. And that's what you get. Cookies.

There is a progression that people take

This is a really good bible teacher -- not cult like but, strange way to put it since only God is good.

This is the best bible teacher I ever heard -- That is your opinion, your testimony, so fair enough. But you are taking the same path that the disciples took when they were arguing which among them was the first. This lacks the revelation that Paul prayed for in Ephesians when we could see the "riches of the glory of His inheritance in all the saints".

This is the greatest Bible scholar -- In my opinion this steps on the line. You are fully in the camp of the disciples arguing about who is the greatest. If you clarify that this is your opinion it softens the foot fault, but without that clarification it is obviously foolish on several counts. It is not up to you to determine who sits on the right hand of Jesus, that is what the Lord said. It is for His father to make this determination if it is even to be made. So you have overstepped your bounds, but even worse, it is foolish since you have not studied every single bible scholar.

Greatest bible scholar of this present age. Nobody compares. -- This is not just stepping on the line, this completely crosses the line. This implies it is a waste of time to listen to others and that is the very first thing that cults do, they try to cut you off from others. If I take ten Bible scholars all teaching the Bible and opening up the scripture then they all compare because they are all teaching the word of God. "Nobody compares" is a direct contradiction to the faith once for all delivered to the saints. We all have received one Spirit. There are many Bible teachers who are ministering that one Spirit. If this man isn't then it is a cult and if he is then it compares to all the others. One God and Father, one Lord, one faith. Is that what he is teaching? Then it compares to many others, if not then it is a cult. In the body there are many members, each one has a function. No one member is supposed to be the "greatest". If a body part grows abnormally large that is cancer. We do not have one ear, we have two. We do not have one eye, we have two. We don't have one hand, we have two, same with our feet. To say that "no one compares" then how could I discern? Paul was a great Bible teacher, but we needed Peter to give his testimony concerning him. Paul went on ministry journeys, but not alone, always with other brothers, and they were all necessary.

This will lead to

"He has the vision for the present age" -- Full blown cult. The vision for the present age is the fellowship of the Apostles.

Which leads to

He has a special anointing -- The word anointing is the word for Christ, this is what the Lord warned about many false Christs.

Your statement stepped over the line. Your statement clearly is in the camp that every cult is in. All the denominations divided over this. Bringing division to the Body of Christ is horrible. Every good gift is from above. Simply give credit to the Lord Jesus. Your statement smacked of strife and vainglory and esteemed others lower than him, not better.

1 Corinthians 3:3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

4 For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal?

Maybe going off on a rabbit trail like that and getting stuck in the weeds is a problem for you.
But don't speak for me. Thanks buddy.

And BTW, Chronister is a down to earth very humble person. And recently his health almost failed unto death.
Give the poor guy a break. And maybe even pray for him will you?

Did I mention that he is of very humble means financially? And he is not earning a penny for his strenuous efforts?

Kamala also bragged that when she was AG of California, she instructed the Sheriffs to NOT COMPLY with ICE detainers.

Kamala wanted to make sure that illegal immigrants felt comfortable reporting crimes to police. For some reason her concern for the American citizen never came up.
