Daddy Fell AGAIN

My daddy fell on Mother's Day. He was doing yard work on his tractor, got off it to pick something up, and somehow fell. :( He ended up with a gash over his right eye that needed 15 stitches, and a cut below his right eye that the doctor closed with glue, AND a gash on his left hand that needed stitches. The whole right side of his head is swollen up. Mom was in the house talking on the phone with my sister, and I was outside visiting Tequila's grave, when I heard him yell for Mom. I ran around the side of the house and he was on the ground behind his tractor, so I ran and got Mom. Two people driving by saw us trying to pick him up, and stopped to help us. He bled ALOT, all over the driveway and in the house. He spent a couple hours at the ER getting stitches..

PLEASE pray for my daddy. Thanks... :)

Praying for your father. I pray his wound will heal, but also the doctors can identify what is causing the falls.
 
He's 87, decrepit and unsteady on his feet. That's why he falls if he sits or stands too long...
 
Precious Lord, heal and mend everything broken on his dad. Heal the gash on his eye and the wound on his hand. Dont let them get infected Lord God. Touch his head with your right hand Lord and heal him. Restore every damaged tissue, nerve and cell. In the name of Jesus,Amen.

I’m so sorry to hear that, friend. I know how painful it must have been for your dad and for all of you to see him go through this. I just said a prayer for him, asking the Lord to touch him with His healing hands and surround him with His comfort, strength, and peace. We serve a compassionate, loving God who knows and cares about every detail of our lives. May He prove Himself his healer and sustainer in many tangible ways. Grace and peace to you.
 
Lord we pray for healing, peace, comfort and strength upon blue_ladybug's dad. Lord remove his suffering and bless him, let his wounds be healed soon. In Jesus mighty name, Amen!
 
Sorry to hear about your father. I will pray for him and hope that he heals quickly. He sounds amazing that he is that age and still working so hard. I'm sure that he appreciates how concerned you are for him.
 
I am so sorry and am praying for your dad's recovery. It is so hard to watch our parents get older and become needier. Patience, along with preventative measures, like walking slower with them, using handicap parking, encouraging their use of hearing aides, and taking them to doctor checkups have become regular routines. When I get frustrated with the "accommodations" and their impact on my time an life, I try to remember, "Honor your mother and father in the Lord, and things will go well for you here on earth" and be thankful for the time I have and had with them. My dad passed away in December and I miss him.
 
Yes, Mom and Dad have a handicap placard for their car. And Daddy has hearing aids..

Blue with my aunt, whenever she has had falls, physio has been arranged
for her. It really does work, it might be worth asking about for your dad.

(Unfortunately she is too ill now to have Physio due to other issues.)

Lord we pray for the right help to be found for this situation, help to ease
these mobility issues and help to ease the family worries. We ask for quick
healing and that there won’t be any long term damage. Protect and watch
over Blue and her family Lord.
 
Hi Blue. I pray that your Dad has a fast recovery with minimal/no pain. Lord I thank you that you are the healer and he is healed. Thank you for protecting Blue's dad as he does his daily activities. Amen.
