A common view within the MRM is that police are exploited as enforcers of feminist ideology. This is formalized by sexually biased legislation such as the Violence Against Women Act in the United States, and by use of the discredited Duluth Model informing police policy on domestic violence disputes.

God created both man and woman with an equality of value designed with complimentary purposes so that they might fulfill what the other lacks. Neither men nor women are superior to the other and can mutually benefit from each other as per God’s design and purpose.
That said what we read in scripture is God first naming his creation, then Adam (made in the image of God) also naming God's creation expressing dominion over them just as God first expressed his dominion over creation by naming the day, night, heaven, earth, and seas. Then, we see Adam calling his helpmate Woman and then naming her Eve.
God gave instructions to Adam and Adam gave God's instructions to Eve. We know this because in Genesis 3 we see where Satan tempts Eve and Eve repeats the instructions God gave to Adam in Gen. 2:16. This means that Adam transmitted the instructions of God to Eve and Eve repeated them to Satan.
So while it's true that Genesis 3:16 does not imply dominion over Eve: Adam served as God's authoritative representative to Eve.

I think you are falling victim to God's declaration in Genesis 3:16 Then he said to the woman, "I will sharpen the pain of your pregnancy, and in pain you will give birth. And you will desire to control your husband, but he will rule over you."
I'd bet the ranch some college was very successful in indoctrinating you into this stuff.
