There are female players too.

They spend one on one time/communication with you. Flirt with you, get to know you and share a little about themselves with you but.... its nothing personal, they do that with everyone. You aren't really anything special, Its just who they are.
 
If a person gets told how awesome they are a hundred times a day by a hundred different people, they're eventually going to believe it.

How do we stop those "playas"? Let's begin by not giving them there daily ego boost...
 
I agree, Liamson, as I said in my initial post, there are women who do this too. :(

One of the reasons I don't initiate PMs and strongly discourage them in chat is because I know that my playful nature can be misunderstood. If I PM with a guy on a regular basis, it's because I either consider him to be a very good friend or I'm interested in him.

Yeah, I don't initiate either. I definitely struggle with my playful nature too; all joking aside, I really hope that I don't come across as a player. :(
