No, He was stressing the utter necessity of needing HIM.

Exactly! Yet people under some legalistic paradigm stress avoidance of sin over faith in Christ that sets you free from sin. Morality over God's sanctification.

HeRose does teach. Perhaps you need to be willing to learn to be teachable.

He does what does he teach?

Your of the devil, this is satanic, This is wrong? Your gnostic? Your calvinist?

Thats not teaching,

The part that "grace" believers leave out is - "if thy eye/hand offend thee".

Jesus was perfectly serious that if something about you offends to the point that it would result in you being cast into hell forever, it would be far, far better for you to do without that temporary thing than to suffer such an unbearable eternal fate. He was stressing the utter seriousness of avoiding hell.

"Grace" believers, of course, twist this around to make it say something entirely different than what Jesus meant.

So you better cut it off the head, Because the mind is an evil thing, Our thoughts can send us to hell,, I mean think of it, If we walk away becase our minds tell us too. would it not be better to go ahead and commit suicide the moment we are saved? WHY TAKE THE RISK??

If you going to go part way, you better go all the way.

Grace believers,, Yeah I know You HATE GRACE,, thats sad,, It is also sad you think you can earn gods love,

How does it feel to think you do nt need Gods grace anyore, to know you have made it?

None of your posts on this page have likes, and who even knows why people put likes on particular posts. It certainly cannot be taken to mean one thing only. You defend speaking in a manner that deliberately misleads while being concerned about who I agree with and why? You don't even know the why. Look to yourself.

Have you read??

You should stop sis, You not helping yourself.. And you defending a person who is stuck in the past. and can not relate to anyone in the present.

Might want to check the page again. Also, I am not misleading. I have no intention of such, only stating he is buried in the knowledge of a cult so much so that anything resembling it he denies. Because of this, he is denying biblical truth.

your not the only one, we all have been asking him to leave that stuff alone, and actually listen to what we say,, but he refuses, So he made his bed, now he can sleep in it..

legalism is saying we must obey rules to be saved. or salvation will be lost.

Thats what you preach, and you can not even see it..

an apple can run around mad at everyone calling him an apple when he believes he is an orange,

Sadly, he is still an orange, he cannot make himself an apple.

4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;
1 Tim 2:4-5

There are no rules to be saved, Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.
Rom 3:31.

Better desperate for Jesus my Savior, than to boast in my own goodness. His grace is sufficient, and I am completely dependent on Him for my salvation. Are you? Or do you rely at all on yourself?

Who does it remind you of?

Luke 18:11-14

"The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed this prayer: ‘I thank you, God, that I am not a sinner like everyone else. For I don’t cheat, I don’t sin, and I don’t commit adultery. I’m certainly not like that tax collector! I fast twice a week, and I give you a tenth of my income.’

But the tax collector stood at a distance and dared not even lift his eyes to heaven as he prayed. Instead, he beat his chest in sorrow, saying, ‘O God, be merciful to me, for I am a sinner.’ I tell you, this sinner, not the Pharisee, returned home justified before God. For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

You water down the law to a point you can live it,, You will feel powerful too.

Thank God for his spirit, who will not allow his children to do that, He will convict s of the smallest, seemingly most inconsequential sins we do.. And we will have no choice but confess.. Yes God, We need you, I see that more and more every day.

Something they will not fathom unless they first come to Christ.. and retrieve his love, instead of trying to earn it.

Oh now you done did it, he is going to call you gnostic again!!
:p

As usual another thread that started out promising has devolved into chaos and inanity from all of the non-relevant noise that the "grace" believer **edited** is unashamed to spew out.

I really wish they or some others had stayed on topic and explained how sins can be forgiven before they're committed, and provide a scriptural example of such. Also, imagine such a lawless thing happening in this world.

Yep we establish it
, every day of every month of every year.

1. I am guilty of not being able to fulfill the law
2. Because of this guilt. I am forced to have faith in Christ, Because it is all I have.. For left on my own, I would suffer my fate,, because the law would condemn me where I stand, and I would not have a leg to stand on.

Legalism rejects this facts. They have to. it goes against their belief system,

Actually, that's an interesting point you bring up

I'm sure we've all noticed how law keepers cherry pick which laws they consider as applicable to their salvation

Oooo...yes yes that one...I keep that one

or

OOOoo nooooooo...that one can't be kept, therefore, it is not still applicable

I do not know if you saw it or not. But a few a few days ago said it was perfectly ok and not a sin to have multiple wives in the OT. That was not adultry.. (SMH)

it is bad.
