Some say only his army did..while others say he drowned along with them. So, some say yes and some say no…but I know this much..he’s not alive today.

Pharoah is a title of a person....kinda like a King.
The Exodus account has at least 3 different Pharoahs. 2 different ones during the 10 Plagues. (They lasted around 3½ years all total)

We are talking about Thutmose or Thutmose II and etc...various ones and the precise ones are argued about....

A Pharoah himself was not a god but he was the person who had access to the gods and controlled them with his requests. However they thought that some Pharoahs were better than others at beseeching the gods to get them to do as they should. All the 10 Plagues were directly aimed at the supposed control their various gods held.

The Egyptians wrote in hieroglyphics....and their records aren't always the most complete or accurate.

Scripture doesn't tell us clearly, therefore any answer based only on Scripture is speculative.
Not in Exodus, but in Psalms we are told:

“13 To Him who divided the Red Sea in two, For His mercy endures forever; 14 And made Israel pass through the midst of it, For His mercy endures forever; 15 But overthrew Pharaoh and his army in the Red Sea, For His mercy endures forever;” (Ps 136:13-15 NKJV)
