do we or dont we follow the sabbath?

The Old Testament Sabbath was a type and shadow of the rest we have in Christ Jesus. You have not addressed any of the Scriptures I posted that explain this clearly. Just saying "well you're transgressing the law..." is not edifying when you do not divide the New testament explanation of the sabbath.

This issue is a major source of controversy in the church and really, it shouldn't be at all.

It is impossible to keep the sabbath of the Lord every day. We can rest in Him everyday but, we cannot keep the sabbath of the Lord everyday. God only blessed one day not all seven. To keep a day holy that God has not made holy is to offer common for the holy just like Aaron's sons.

Leviticus 10:1-2 KJV
(1) And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the LORD, which he commanded them not.
(2) And there went out fire from the LORD, and devoured them, and they died before the LORD.

I BELIEVE IT IS FOLLOWED BY OUR THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS, NOT WORKING BUT THINKING OF ALL KINDS OF THINGS EXCEPT THINGS OF BEING THANKFULL AND PRAYING, IS JUST A BODY LANGUAGE NOT A LANGUAGE GOD UNDERSTANDS FROM THE SPIRIT.
