I have seen many healings at my church.
They are never on demand though. We ask God and sometimes he does and sometimes he doesn't. So if you come to my church, I cannot promise you will be healed. I can promise we will ask God about it.

Jesus does the healing. All we need to do is ask. However, God is not like an ATM where you enter a number and money comes out. Sometimes healing is blocked.
Anyone who is born again has the power and authority to pray for healing. I was desperately ill in hospital and it was during Covid. Visitors were strictly limited. My now wife was my only visitor. She prayed for me and I began to recover from that moment. One of the doctors expressed her amazement.
A few years before some friends prayed for me. I had a heart condition. They were not pastors. I was healed then also.
The only pastor that I knew that claimed he could do such things was Benny Hinn. He was a total fraud.
