Like I said before,when you make it about God we'll deal on that level. Until you stop jumping me for any reason you can find ,this is how it will be,or you can put me on ignore since we're no longer friends.

No, don't give up.. there may be something that He wants to show you specifically in this. Whatever revelation is given it makes sense with other scriptures. You will know when you pursue.

I believe wholeheartedly in scripture interpreting scripture when it comes to allegorical meanings.

Jesus spoke in parables and with your studies you will see more what He is speaking about.

And the body of Christ is comprised of both believing Jews and Gentiles. They were all sheep having went astray. Jesus said He had sheep not of this pen(Jews) that He must bring in(Gentiles). There will be one Shepherd(Christ) and one sheep pen(believing Jews and Gentiles).

Right, and they have to respond to the free gift of salvation like everyone else, by grace through faith. They must believe the gospel by faith.

Meat is being able to discern good or evil.

Getting deeper in the word is the milk still and folks spit it up instead of read and drink it into their hearts and minds,

Most folks haven't even read the Bible through even once.

However thank God He sends His Holy spirit to lead His children. Otherwise the kids would have fallen in a lot more ditches.

Jesus told Peter to "feed my sheep", why the hostility to the metaphor?

Jesus said he would judge between sheep and goats...therefore it's a good thing to be one of God's sheep.
 
I'm not hostile to the metaphor. I said Israel is the sheep. Peter was told to feed His lambs and sheep, true. He had the ministry to the Jews. And Paul to the gentiles.

The truth is that IN Christ...we are Sons.

A sheep won't rule in His authority. Now I bet this will cause a problem

But, the Sons will understand.

Oh...you are a dual covenant believer?

Separate way of salvation for Jews and Gentiles?

Or do you mean something else?

I believe Peter ministered to both Jews and Gentiles..it's in Acts 11.

I did skim the thread. I still believe Jesus called His people (both Jew and gentile) His sheep

Never heard of dual covenant believers. Where does this even come from?

Was just saying that Peter was given the commission to his own people. Paul, to the gentiles. That's in Acts too.

Sheep and goats are about nations. Which God, god, is their God. All nations worship something or someone.

Yes, I know, and there is also this to which you turn a blinded eye then name call:

shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly; 1 Peter 5:2.

That's by Peter as well.

I also gave you another verse then conceded that sonship is another name for us as well. To that you name called in callow manner in a follow up reply.

What I conveyed is you need to think more toward 2 Timothy 2:15 and see the several names we are called in NT theology. Sonship and sheep are both valid and for some reason that provoked you to name call. Twice.
