or so I heard a blurb on the FNC......and found no evidence that race played a roll in that hands up don't shoot thing in Kansas............but I have not heard one single member of the Administration apologize for their rants while the riots were in progress. Anyone have an update on all of this?
 
"Hands up, don't shoot" thing in Kansas? You mean Missouri? Or which incident are you talking about? I'se confoosed, p_, sorry.

Sorry, it was Missouri..............wasn't the young man's name Brown? Anyway, I still can't find where the DOJ has had an official Press Conference to announce their findings.........Isn't that the least they could do given how the Police Officer's life was pretty much also destroyed? Yes, Mr. Brown is dead, and that is tragic........but even now the DOJ seems to agree with the Grand Jury that the Officer did not act inappropriately or illegally.......

Now, this is all going off of one blurb I heard on FNC............so it may all be hogwash concerning the DOJ and their findings, which is why I'm asking if anyone else has heard anything about this.
 
I found this NYT article from January that says that the DOJ prosecutors have made the recommendation that no civil rights charges be filed, but at the time of the article Holder and other DOJ higherarchy had not yet made a final decision. It doesn't surprise me that the mainstream media has practically ignored the exoneration of this officer.

To be fair to all......this isn't the only Story/Event where the initial occurrence gets Nationwide or Worldwide coverage, and folks are condemned long before all the evidence has been gathered and the DA or Grand Jury has made a decision to prosecute or not...........and then, when the decision is reached and it does not go the way those rioting for justice want.......the story just fades into the netherworld of "old news." Nothing here to see.....move along."

Not just the Mainstream Media either........pretty much all News Sources do this.........only exception being those few on the Internet who see such a story through to it's conclusion.
