Yes, pharmacies are awesome. In fact, I had a second interview at one yesterday. However, waiting for an hour and a half to have your number called is INSANE. But I have public health care, so what do I expect?

I used to work for a retail one- Safeway pharmacy (you guys have Safeways right?). Being a tech is fun but dealing with the customers not so much. Hope you get it!!

Cool, I'm a tech too. I had to wait an hour and a half too for one interview with a big company. I guess the pharmacist was busy.

And Arwen, I'm sorry you can't get to a specialist sooner. My best friend had epilepsy too and he had it pretty bad.

I'm not a tech, but I might be trained as one... sort of. It's for a clerk/tech. Since I'm training to be a medical assistant and then a nurse, working in a pharmacy would be ideal.

Don't you hate it when you think you lost something but someone else misplaced it and they don't say a word.

Don't you hate it when you feel like you're hated?

I gave up caring what people thought of me, to a point, back when I started going to the 3rd school for sixth grade. We had moved three times that year and I was constantly being made fun of because I wore a skirt, had braces, had glasses, and was the new kid. I had a girl tell me if I came to school with a skirt on she would beat me up. Needless to say, I came in a skirt and she didn't say a thing to me. Funny but she never even said anything about it the whole rest of the year.

Don't you hate it when___________you get I.D'd for trying to buy a lighter at customer service at a grocery store, when you could have purchased one of those bbq lighters and gone through the self-check outs without getting ID'd. There's simply no logic to it! Not to mention, I am not a 13 year old about to go set fires to the city. The manager received stern call from me, asking him to explain the rationale behind this procedure.

Don't you hate it when ....you post in a sensitive and controversial thread, and then you suddenly get that heart-thumping, sweaty-palmed fear that someone might quote you?

Don't you hate it when...
You are around people who never have anything encouraging or kind to say about anyone

Don't you hate it when....you want to 'like' somebody's post to show that you agree or see what they are saying, but there is really nothing to like about what was said. So you decide against clicking the like button because you don't want to offend the person who posted. Know what I mean?

Like when someone writes a post about a bad experience, or a realization, and you aren't "liking" that they're going through that but you want to "like" it to show that you support them, are glad they posted it, etc? I just wanted to make sure I knew what you were talking about before I "liked" your post.

You got it! :)

Don't you hate it when you have allergies and only one side of your nose works??

Don't you hate it when you tell yourself you're not going to 'like' every post in a thread but then you really do LIKE what everyone posted.

Don't you hate it when-----> you hear a song that you really reallly like. It gives you chills when you listen to it, and its wicked cool so you play it over and over again, but you end up losing those chills and the epic feeling you once had.

For me it depends on the meaning of the song. The Original BBC Narnia theme still gives me chills because it reminds me of God.

Don't you hate when someone says something meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaan, but they didn't intend for it to sound mean.... so you try and think up an exact mean-but-trying-not-to-sound-mean thing to say back in "revenge" but have it be not obvious that it is revenge, so just for a moment that person might see what it's like to be "innocently" hurt without it being meant?

But then you realize they are probably too calloused to care even if you did, you decide against it, as you realize they would probably just see through it and be even meaner back in the end, and leave with the fewest emotional bruises no matter what.

I dislike that feeling.

(And no I am not referring to anything posted on this forum today, I'm just being random here.)
