I Don't know if anyone in the link can help, but it came to mind after reading about Ivermectin. It has been used to treat a condition called River Blindness. River Blindness is most common in Africa (99%), but occurs elsewhere too. It is an infection of a certain kind of worm. I have no idea if you are suffering from that. I am not a physician. It was just something that came to mind as I was looking up this medicine.
Doctors have commented that it costs very little and in many countries can be bought without a prescription. A good doctor should be able to give the right dose and other important instructions like plenty of water and something to help go to the bathroom frequently to get the parasites out and so forth in this hypothetical example.

dear brother, i am sorry! what you call M3 in this country is Tylenol with codeine. the tablets have an M on one side, and a 3 on the other.
it's phenomenally inexpensive both to make and to buy, and what you're being charged for it is ridiculously high.

I had an accident. I have other pains but the eyes is worse. Most of the pictures are old especially the one with fresh wounds

Tylenol 3 is used for pain management, there are several suitable substitutes available, but the hospital needs to closely monitor them.

I found another medical referal organization that I hope will be helpful. The doctor who started it, established it during the COVID scare and they have American physicians who do online appointments if I understand right. I think they have been helping some outside of the US too, but doubt that anything can be prescribed since meds are state controlled through license/ permission. That said, the doctor who started it spoke about nutritional healing in a few interviews I listened to. I'm not affiliated with any of these people, but will pray that you find someone who is able to help.

It sounds like the accident caused the eye injury rather than parasites/ worms. Perhaps the ivermectin would not be helpful then.
That was just a hypothetical or example of one common cause of blindness in many areas.
I have had eye injuries too. So I have a small idea of the fear of uncertainty and had some amount of that pain. Do you have family that can bring you good food? Hospital food is usually very poor quality for healing as you pointed out.
Thank you so much sir. Unfortunately, I am an abomination to my family. I have been writing my story. It is not complete since I cannot focus on light for long. I can not write anymore. My family don't interact with Christian.
Brief
The missionary who lead my parents to christ from Muslim background was called Plavious, my father named me after him. He was later killed by his family and I ran for safety in a far away land.
I don't want to duel on this. It is so painful. I had another missionary mother. LOIS Hembrew but she lives far in New Zealand and and elderly woman of early 90s. She help me through school toll the crisis started.
I will find time and share part of my story on here.
