easiest cake ever...in a hurry
no eggs, no oil
cake mix off the store shelf
1 can of pumpkin or 1 can of applesauce (16 oz) can even use both if you want to double recipe
all spice to taste
mix well
bake @ 350 in 9x13 (follow baking directions on box) doubling recipe, bake about 30 minutes
NO EGGS

you can add shredded carrots
nuts
whatever
you can leave it un-iced or serve with whipped cream, icecream
or mix a little powdered sugar and warm water and drizzle it with a glaze
