Macbeth may be a little heavy handed, but a variation may work. On a side note, Macbeth is my favorite Shakespearean tragedy.
For a couple of the really icky people, I like the idea of ironic names. I think the name should mean something sweet or valiant or endearing.

Is my character evil? I hope! I hope! Even if you have to bump him off early.
Your character is a functioning alcoholic who bleeds out in the first chapter in front of a brothel.
Apparently, his character is functioning just enough to make it to the brothel, eh?
I also wanted to offer a few other suggestions:
1. Duck
2. Ack
3. Goose
4. Weasel
Sounds like the name of a good party game... "Duck, Ack, Goose, Weasel!"
These were some of the actual "names" the members of my little brother's high school basketball team went by.
I asked him if he was really playing on a sports team... or working at a petting zoo...

Names are generally 'good' or 'evil' based on their meaning as much as association.
Association - Vlad = evil name due to Vlad the Impailer
Meaning - Alva = a Hebrew word roughly translated as 'evil' or 'iniquity'
Then, there are names that mix both association and meaning such as 'Cerberus' which in Latin means "demon of the pit" and is derived from the Greek myth of the 3-headed chimera which guarded the underworld/prevented the dead from escaping.
Writers I really enjoy/esteem tend to use the third option, and tie the meaning/association into the character's behavior, look, and/or overall persona or actions/intentions.
Plan example of this in your case may be a dealer who is particularly fearsome which kills people before letting them escape from the drug world. 'Cerberus'

And one must not forget that Mary is a version of Mara, and the name Mary I, of England.If we're talking about names with root meanings, don't name a villian Isaac. Isaac means laughter.
Ichabod would be a good one, as would Mara.

Aspartame

Saccharine
Those are PURE EVIL! Especially Splenda and its root chemical sucralose. People put them in baked goods (actually baked bads) and swear up, down, sideways and diagonal that "You can't taste the difference." Yeah, right. If I can't taste the difference how do I always know when they've tried to fob me off with fake stuff? And I do, I ALWAYS can tell.
