Hi guys I feel like my outlook on life is getting dimmer as I grow older, I wish I could get a prayer or two from you as fellow Christians, I just don't feel up to the game anymore and I guess it's just a mild depression. I'm just bored of life. Hope you can offer a prayer or two to get me started. Don't really know if it works or not. Oh well.
 
My prayers go up for you RoverK. Bored at such a young age? What bores you? The monotony of work? I pray you find more excitement to life and something you enjoy to keep you too busy to find time for depression.
 
ill be praying for you bro, and for your deeper understanding of Christ who lives in you... The old you is dead, and you have been set free.. Jesus tells us to deny ourselves and pick up our crosses, we have to leave the old ways and thoughts behind and come into agreement with Christ. Your perception has to change bro, renew your mind to the book of Ephesians, it will really help you.

I struggle with boredom, too. Maybe we need to walk closer to the Lord.
 
You are just staring out so there is no need to be bored with life. Set manageable life goals for yourself and ask God to reveal the purpose that He has for your life. I have prayed this for you. Glad to have you join us. Welcome to CC.

You talk like you're 90 years old and tired of life. You're only 24.. lol.. You haven't even begun to live life yet. :) If you're bored, then get off your butt and go do something you like. Go for a walk, get some sunshine..
