I've been learning about stretches to relieve back pain. It can be most effective. It does depend on the cause, but there is a lot of good advice on youtube from physiotherapists. And its free!
I will say a prayer for God to alleviate the pain in your back. I know first-hand how hard it is to function while dealing with back pain.

My brother, I pray your back will be healed and my finger as well. Also, remember to stretch daily. Alot of lower backpain can be attributed to tight hamstrings.

will pray. sometimes drinking more water reduces lot's of pain. in america, most people do not drink enough water. 1 guy told me he went to the doctors, explained his problem, the doctor said drink more water, he did that & still does, all pain gone!!!!
First and foremost, I'm praying the Lord heals you. And that He leads you to the right doctor and you receive a positive diagnosis and prescribes you the right physical treatment plan. And I don't recommend you take any prescription pain killers. Maybe an anti-inflammatory at the most. I've had back surgery for ruptured disk, pulled muscles and muscle spasms. It's important you pinpoint what this is before you try any physical treatment. Trying the wrong thing here can lead to a worse situation. Trust me, that's the last thing you want.

Heavenly Father, thank you for your beloved Son Jesus Christ you gave!
Thank you that my back ist better and will be fully restored in the stripes of Jesus Christ he is healed!

I've had back pain recently too.
It's 90% better now.
I would buy crystal magnesium oil.
It's not really oil, but feels oily when mixed with water. If you find a container locally called Dead Sea Salt, you do Not use it on food. You use it topically. That will help the muscles relax.
