I'm not sure about the health benefits of frosting only that it taste sweet to me.

Just to add to the conversation, my personal experiences with fasting has only been positive. Last week I finished up my first ever 3.5 day fast. I cannot list the many positive emotions and physical benefits I received from it. My wife and I now agree that we are going to schedule at least one 3 to 4 day fast each month. The benefits to her were nothing short of a miracle in her overall health.

to be careful and realize your own personal bounderies as they will
usually be different that your partners.

Prayer warriors also do the same a sniper do against Satan´s forces: These are humble heroes behind their limits, no matter they´re abstained from fasting.

It is nice to "see" a woman shares her husband´s moniker and account. :)

This is not unusual, neither too rare. It simply shows the oneness friends or lovers could seek after.

thanks for your comment, by husband and I share in most everything and have from
the beginning of our relationship, it just could be no other way, as the Lord brought
us together - it is such a wonderful blessing to have peace, unity, and purpose
in our Heavenly Father.
