When you cut out sugar and caffiene your body will give you migraines and you'll feel tired. If you aren't getting enough protein and you're working out you may be building up lactic acid in your body because your body is eating muscle. Make sure you're getting your daily allowance of protein and carbs and drink plenty of water. As a licensed medical massage therapist...we tell our clients to drink lots of water after massage because we push lactic acid from muscle into the blood...you've got to get it out of your system...it's the same with exercise... you're releasing more lactic acid...that's in the meantime. Definitely see your GP.

You are welcome...hey...I struggle too with getting enough water...but I will flavor it if I must...and they even sell flavor packets. True lime, True lemon, True orange. Some are straight up nothing added...some are sweetened with stevia...all natural sweeter...but I don't use this because all fake sweeter give me headaches. I stick to fresh lemon or lemon juice myself. Just please go to your doc...make sure everything is good!

You haven't had any thyroid issues in the past? I'm sure if your doc doesn't think it's diet or fluid intake...she will run labs...make sure you see her!!! Lol

Are you sure migraines are the cause of fatigue? When I was your age, I took a nap after work every night. A half hour nap was enough to keep me going until 11-12. Nowadays I think they call them "power naps." (Or, at my age, that too can be an old phrase. lol)

I had to give them up when insomnia hit, but I was in my 40s then, so I don't blame the naps on that. I really do miss my naps now though.

I would advise getting a water filter. E.g Berkey.

There may be a dietary problem. Miso is a good component in a vegetarian diet.

what time is your evening meal?
What do you eat daily?

do you have a work environment, and then come home?
do you work somewhere with poor air or much wifi and microwave tech?

One other question for you...do you have a hard time sleeping at night? Do you often wake up? Snore? Wake up with headches. If so...tell your GP...this may be a result of sleep apnea. This is dangerous and can be deadly. Your blood can become toxic from not getting enough oxygen at night over time, and you can also starve your brain of oxygen. This can result in memory function, brain damage, fatigue...etc. Dx: Requires a sleep study Rx: Is usually a CPAP machine at night or bipap if needed. All in all...pretty easy things to take care of.

Eating the last meal at least 3 hours before bedtime and not past around 6:30 would help with all that too.
