Oh wow! Bulletproof coffee is still around!? I remember when it came out about 5 years ago. I had an employee at my company at the time who knew the creator of Bulletproof coffee personally and spoke of drinking it to support him.
Yep ,I just now found out about It and It’s been around all this time.🙂🤭
Have you ever tried It?When I first heard about It I was thinking🌗,with all that fat that seems like It wouldn’t be good for the human body but an elderly couple that I trust drink It everyday and they are In their 60’s and looking well.
By The Way,did your friend ever say what he thinks about It (the bulletproof coffee) whether he liked it or not?✌🏽✌

He was just an employee of a Chicago company that I co-managed as VP of Engineering. Not a friend.

Fat is good.

Godspeed.

I'm not a coffee drinker but hubby is addicted to getting a "regular" coffee from the drive through at a nearby Tim Hortons coffee shop. The TH brand is very popular here in Canada but don't know about elsewhere.

I like dark or french roast. As far as brands I love Tim Hortons, but can only usually afford Folgers or Maxwell House. I like General Foods International Coffee's too. Anything Hazelnut or French Vanilla. I don't like Starbucks coffee. In my opinion it's one of the most overrated and over priced coffees out there .

I like the occasional drink from There if I happen to be “out” of coffee (dear God will never let that happen again) but some of their stuff is pretty good. I also have a gift card from my birthday this past summer so that’s how I’ve had some recently lol.

1. free coffee.
2. coffee served with breakfast burrito.
3. hot hot coffee that will warm you up on a freezing day morning commute.
4. freshly brewed coffee from 7-Eleven (bring your tumbler and it's really cheap with decent selections of creamers)

You say that as if being in your sixties is... old :giggle::LOL::ROFL::LOL::giggle:

As to the OP: my daughter started buying me instant coffee when I was laid off work mid March due to covid, so now that is what I drink; I like it a bit strong, sweet, and creamy: with cashew milk and unsweetened evaporated skim milk, plus a bit of brown sugar mixed with some Truvia :D (At work we ground Columbian beans and made coffee in a French press.) A tin like this lasts me quite a while :)

Yeah, I'm a canuck myself and Tim Hortons' is certainly one of my favorite coffees when I'm out and about. Second Cup ain't that bad either. Just no Starbucks (unless I'm really desperate for caffeine).

Though, to be honest, I sort of agree with christian74's choices too. When they serve coffee after Church service, I don't ask where it's from and how it's made. I'm just happy there is something to wake me up on Sunday morning.

Canuck here also :D Though I rarely visit Timmy's, or even Micky D's, my daughter does like McD's iced coffee in the summer, which are often on sale, and quite refreshing. I also avoid Starbucks, though when my church met congregationally in person, we did provide coffee, and because we got a great discount at Starbucks, that is what we had, and I loved serving on the café team :) I like Bean around the World as an alternative to Starbucks, of which there are many, although Starbucks proliferates to the point where one intersection here has two kitty corner to each other :giggle:

It is! I am not sure if instant coffee has the same kick as fresh ground in terms of caffeine (probably not), but that suits me just fine, as too much caffeine is problematic for me, and in fact, I have stopped drinking coffee at certain points in my life due to that fact, or switched to decaf temporarily, and even been accused of not really liking coffee (hee hee) because I like it so creamy and sweet, but really, the smell of fresh coffee is quite tantalizing, and I do enjoy a nice cuppa, especially all the more so if it is organic and free trade/sustainably grown :)

Because I am green on the inside ;):giggle:

After skimming over the answers...

It's funny because whenever I see the subject of coffee brought up, whether online or in real life, NO ONE ever says they like Starbucks coffee.

In fact, most people I talk to seem to have a rather strong disdain for it.

It this is the case, how it is that Starbucks is always so busy (at least, when I drive by,) and why do they have a store on every corner, AND WITHIN almost other store besides that? (Target, chains, etc.)

If no one seems to like SB, who on earth is actually going there?!

(Sorry... Just me thinking out loud.) :geek:

We now return to your regular caffeination. :giggle::coffee:

It's all the doofus hipsters that give them the bulk of their business. LoL sorry that mean of me I haven't had my coffee yet today. 😆

Lol!

I'm going to tuck this one away for my future arsenal, Tore.

I can just see it - someday I'm going to be standing on the front porch wielding my tennis ball-laden walker in the air and shouting, "GET OFF MY LAWN, YOU DOOFUS HIPSTERS WITH YOUR TERRIBLE BURNT COFFEE!!!":coffee::cool:

I can imagine them shouting back "BE CAREFUL GRANDMA, OR WE JUST MIGHT SPILL SOME COFFEE ON THIS HERE ROSEBUSH!" And then desecrating your nearby prize roses with their tainted, Starbucks coffee grounds. And if that stuff isn't good for people, you can believe the effect it will have on your poor roses...
