Hey guys,

Could you pray for me and my upcoming genetics exam this Monday? I am not doing well in this class and I'm afraid that I might fail it. I'll be studying a lot this week, but I don't know, some of this stuff I just don't get. I'm feeling a bit panicky because if I do fail it, I don't think I will continue university. I don't know what my future will look like. Its just taking too long to finish my degree, and I'm feeling stuck in university and just want to be done by now.

God's desire for you is to succeed, not fail! The Holy Spirit wants to calm you and give you peace, so you can study and retain the information. The enemy wants to keep you panicky and in confusion. Rebuke the enemy and ask the Holy Spirit to take control over your thoughts and emotions, and then jump into that studying. Jesus never fails!

I hear you, and will be happy to pray for you Arwen! ^^ Just give it your best, and don't let length or difficulty (or anything for that matter) get you down!

Don't give up! I encourage you to find a good tutor. I will be praying. :)

A word of encouragement: I was in similar situation and I didnot like genetics at all especially the coding stuffs (very confusing) but what really helped me personally was praying every now and then as I study (praying twice or thrice per question). Praying and asking for God's help really helped me sailed through. I also took my friends aid to help explained the concepts that I wasn't clear about a few days before exam.

I wish you all the best!!! Will also be praying for you :)

Absolutely. And there's one thing that always makes me feel less anxious...

Cough cough... Philippians 4: 6-7

P.S. Let us know how it goes, k?

I'm writing it down and posting it on the wall in my dorm room. Thanks, I will. And to everyone for their prayers.

Keep pressing on, you already won, your best decision was made to Him, everything else is gravy, wherever God shows you goes you, the Lord leads.

Sounds like you're studying every day now up to big test. My best advice: try to go through all your stuff mon. tues. wed. and, then, just, hopefully, be at a point of light review Thursday , brushing over each chapter. Get a good night's sleep, then, eat a good breakfast and then TEST YOURSELF right before test (give yourself a solid hour, or, two, best) and don't miss even ONE chapter, SKIM over everything, as you test yourself.
This works great , for me did, and, not sure of your exact doings (labs, etc.) as genetics sounds like pretty advanced mathematics to me, way out of my gene pool for sure :D
----)----
Give your everything, He expects us to work hard, whatever we do, give Him the glory of your every 'memorizing' or understanding of concepts.
Last advice: Have fun, whatever strategy you use, make studying a game, and, don't forget to take '10 minute breaks,' treat it JUST like a real job, because it really is :)

Oh, you took this today, my eyes missed something, anyway, arewinning, I praying for you for God do great things, we are His workmanship, created for good works. Baby, we're born that way :)

Sure thing, Arwen.

As a brief aside, Vulcans would be more capable of helping you through a genetics exam than Elves.
