if you throw your pole in the water, is that like teaching a fish to fish?

gotta be really young or really hungry...or, have figured out a way to cast-out into
deeper water without being to afraid of being bit/eaten by a shark, etc.>>>
many times I have gone into the surf up to my arms and cast my 'pen', never even
giving a thought about what could eat me in a moment, especially in the 'old-days'...
I was much younger then, and have sence become more realistic , although I do
still go-out further than most others to 'cast-out' -
PR, this is the ms speaking here dear...
hub will usually only fish if they are biting from the shore, and he is the bravest man
that I have ever known...
:)
