Cottage Cheese. I cannot do it. It is a texture thing.
Try eating it with tuna, diced tomatos and Italian dressing all mixed together.

"I can't say I blame you one bit..."pickled beets { I'm with you there... }
brussel sprouts { I have learned to eat these. }
liver { YUCK! }
beefalo (buffalo mixed with cow) { No thanks! }
I am allergic to shellfish, sometimes even fish, I like fish but I don't think I'd like shrimp, claims, lobster, caviar, or etc even if I wasn't allergic.
My mom used to give us things she had to go to specialty stores for- like tofu and seaweed soup with turtle. We wouldn't eat it, we'd rather starve and sometimes did. My brother would rather eat dog food and plants outside, and sometimes did. I've gone 12 days straight on only water, I never want to be rude, but I simply will not eat something I don't like.
That there are some BIG and strange colored boogers!!Macaroni and cheese. *shudders*
All I can think of is a bowl of boogers when I see them.

Nutmeg??? I've never heard of such a thing! I like them boiled too long and smothered in butter... most people like to boil them for too long, then smother them in butter and burry them under a mountain of nutmeg. That's not the way to prepare them though.
