Jesus is the END to all sin.... Great post Vic, and se how God saves PERFECTLY....

Here is the beauty of it all.... Even when I was a sinner, God had OTHER plans for my life.... HIS WILL IN ME... AS IT IS DONE IN HEAVEN.... how is God's will done in heaven... HE THREW OUT THE SINNER..... OUT, to NEVER return... WOW what a powerful saviour God is...

Crossnote, the first words God spoke to man AFTER he took Adam out of the garden, God said the same 1 John says, and the WHOLE Bible is one message.... Turn from evil to God! So 1 John is just the book that says it best. Do you believe 1 John 3:9? And 1 John 5:18? Do you believe and KNOW that whosoever is born of God SINNETH NOT? But he is begotten of God and he KEEPETH HIMSELF... WOW!!!! and that wicket one (who brings sin) TOUCHETH HIM NOT.... WOW!!!!! Even though the WHOLE world lieth in sin (iiquity/wickedness) NOT THE CHILDREN OF GOD... they LIETH IN PEACE AND ARE MADE FREE.... In HIS KINGDOM they RESTETH... SABBATH REST is BORN OF GOD..... Rest, God will live your life....

In God I rest, and I am no longer HEAVY LADEN, Jesus made me free, free from OLD SELF, FREE FROM SIN, FREE FOR MTHE WORLD, and now I made free INDEED! If you know what that means, you will know I know the WHOLE Truth, and the TRUTH (God's Word) made me free. .... FREE IN DEED! Every deed I do is made free from lust, sin, jealousy, pride....

What is the BOLDNESS God's children have? What did God give them to be BOLD... Oh the unwise world will judge it as PRIDE... becasue they are unwaise... But Jesus talks as loud today through His Children, as He did when HE WAS THE ONLY CHILD.... But all that is ONE WITH HIM, IS HIM... One Spirit, One Father, One Truth, ONE GOD AND FATHER WHO is above, in and through them ALL... And that Father is as Holy as He has ever been... that is why He makes them HOLY, for HIS GLORY....He wants it that way and He will keep doing it HIS WAY.. the PERFECT WAY.... He is God, and he needs not your approval.

My friend go read the Bible from Genesis 1 with the question.... DOES GOD EPECT ME TO BE PERFECT HERE ON EARTH... the WHOLE Bible will be a confermation..... YES HE DOES! Becasue HE IS THE ONE THAT DOES IT....

so you are saved?
you are without sin?

this thread is for people who have NO SIN.

So you don't sin anymore?

Not at this moment, and just continuing to trust in the Savior to keep from, day by day. try it sometime decide to be co-crucified with our Lord and Savior Christ to self, the flesh nature you were originally born with.
Just do this daily, now if by chance you start to see this new life imputed into you as you continue to be dead to self and if you ever get proud or boastful over this, look out for God who loves you will send you a messenger of Satan to buffet you as he did Paul 2 Cor. 12
So being dead to self, and thinking one is and are not, deceived by one's own flesh, God sends a messenger to buffet us to keep us humble.
So tell me can you now glory in your iniquities?

Here is something to ponder on , that many do not understand yet

Ephesians 2

King James Bible

Alive with Christ
1And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; 2Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: 3Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

Are we still called the children of wrath or the sons of God ?

1 John 3
King James Bible

Children of God
1Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 2Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 3And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
4Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. 5And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. 6Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. 7Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 8He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 9Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 10In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.
Love One Another
(John 13:31-35; Romans 12:9-13)
11For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. 12Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.
13Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you. 14We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death. 15Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him. 16Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. 17But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him? 18My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. 19And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him. 20For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things. 21Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God. 22And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
23And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 24And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.

These particular scripture are true or my imagination or do i have to get greek strongs?

Living Sacrifices
(1 Corinthians 3:16-18; 1 Corinthians 6:18-20)
1I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Are we free from sin ?

our old man is crucified with him ?

Or are we hypocrites and liers ?

Do we trully
abideth in Him ?

Are we as they in the world ?

Or are we not of this world ?

To be born of God is to be inwardly renewed by the power of the Spirit of God ?

A man cannot act like the devil, and at the same time be a disciple of Christ Jesus ?

Where the scripture only for the 12 disciples or for everyone ?

I did not write these scriptures, but there is something deep in them ...

Sorry perhaps its off topic zone but it's something to ponder on :) it's pretty late God bless you all :)

whoever is in Christ :

does not continue in sin.
sin will not be his master
sin will not have dominion over him
he is no longer a slave to sin

this is Kingdom language.
by faith we receive sonship

by faith we are transferred out of the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of God's Dear Son.

by faith we are forgiven all of our sins.

by faith we learn to stop serving sin and to serve The Lord

.....

but are we now claiming to be without sin?

if so, please testify to your actual experience of sinlessness (perfection).

that's what this thread is for.

it's for those who are perfect daily, and have been since....conversion?
i don't know. that's what i'm asking.

when did you stop sinning.

as a member posted, could God search you today and find fault in you?

if not, please testify.

Not at this moment, and just continuing to trust in the Savior to keep from, day by day. try it sometime decide to be co-crucified with our Lord and Savior Christ to self, the flesh nature you were originally born with.

So tell me can you now glory in your iniquities?

when did you last sin, home?
i don't need to know what it was.
i'm just wondering long you've been perfect.

You have spoken on behalf of zone and from the response from zone i don't think she objects to what you have written that she was trying to say etc..

My concern is what intent was behind this thread.

would it lead to mocking and ridiculing?

i believe we should Keep the Commandments of God.

i believe the Testimony of the Messiah which includes:

Matthew 5
27Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: 28But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. 29And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast itfrom thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell. 30And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

of course this is only part and much is required of us.

And that was said to show us all our inability to obey Law from a flesh standpoint, even after the rich man in Matt 19 walked away sad, who had obeyed the Law from childhood on, could not give up this world's riches and walked away sad.
Now the disciples after seeing this asked Christ seeing no way to enter heaven by any flesh works, asked Christ
So then how is it possible for anyone to enter heaven?
Christ answered with man it is impossible, but with God all things are possible. Salvation was a coming from God the Father through the cross where salvation is at, first the death, which is to be our death of self, and then the life, new life in the Spirit of God is our new life a gift from God the Father. I am learning to hide right there where I am safe and secure in God, thanks be to Christ, and it is finished in me, awaiting to be done in others as well

Then why are there so many posts and Zone are you without sin yourself? How does God view you, after you came to believe God is real? whether you sin or not?

no, i'm not without sin.

i don't know why there are so many posts.

this thread is for people who have NO SIN in them.

how about you - if The Lord searched you today, would He find you doing and being as perfect as His Son is?

i mean YOU. not Christ in you.

please don't tell me you are dead. i'm sitting here talking to you.

not Jesus...you. a new man? yes.

a sinless man? in daily life? you tell me.

Thank you Homwardbound for your explanations. I can see you get it, but not everyone does. Here's the deal. Without believing in Christ, and accepting Him as Lord you will carry your sin to death. If you accept Him you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit to abide with you and intercess on your behalf with God. This is what makes you a new creation. The Laws were given because they were not in communion spiritually with God possessing His nature. They were all flesh, with a list of dos and don't. We possess His Spirit. We also possess our flesh and along with it the desires. You can't have it both ways. Either you obey the Spirit and live sinless or obey the flesh and live sinful. Dying to the flesh every day means desiring nothing of this world. You don't need to lie be cause you don't have to impress anyone. The desire for sex, money, status, possessions, privilege are the things that cause us to sin. Once you truly could care less about what this world offers even your temptation to sin is squashed. That is when you are "in Christ", "walking in the Spirit". That is why you can't sin. Your only concern is honoring God and loving fellow man. Most Christians walk in the flesh and that is why they can't fathom lack of sinning. The first Christians shared all of their food and belongings, a true brotherhood. Although there is the occational bad thought or indignant outburst I have no problem keeping the commandments but honestly we are required much more than that. We each have a mission and our sinlessness is supposed to give power to our testimony. We are here to spread the Gospel to ends of the earth. I hope this answer was sufficient Zone.

You seem to understand the full gospel and are growing in this amazing grace and not taking advantage of it, looking to God thank you
Hebrews 2:3 how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him,

And is why I die to self daily, so that I may be alive to God daily, loving as God loves, not as man does.

So yo don't ever sin?

Keeping track of whether one sins or not, only traps that one in sin and continues to sin
[h=3]Galatians 6:8[/h]New King James Version (NKJV)

[SUP]8 [/SUP]For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.

It makes no difference to whether one wants to sin or not sin. Just thinking about it, produces it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so its ok to cross out this scripture from my bible as its not applicable anymore 1 John 1:8
If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us... yeh right

when did you last sin, home?
i don't need to know what it was.
i'm just wondering long you've been perfect.

From God's vantage point since the day I chose belief, and have been growing in his grace ever since. Like an apple when it is first born in and through the tree branch it is a perfect apple, in need of maturity to become ripe
Well this is exactly how it is in Christ, and the sooner one asks fro God to do all the teaching over man's teaching, the sooner one matures and is ready for ministry as in Hebrews 5:10-6:6 Hebrews 6:1 states if God will permit this, we can move onto maturity, perfection in Christ via the full cross that includes the resurrection, where new life is sustained by belief
BY God, from God I am sinless and so are all those that God has accepted that believe
And it was accounted to Abraham as righteousness his belief in God just as many others.
Personally Me the self can never acquire this amazing miracle from God through Christ

Sorry you can't fathom what Paul continues to tell us about reckoning ourselves dead to the sin nature, and at no credit to us, all credit to God. So God is not alive and can't talk to you, we no longer know Christ in the flesh as once was known in the flesh, no longer, he is now of the Spirit of God hmmm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am born again and a new man, dead to flesh and blood, where I am freed from Law that brings sin to flesh and blood that is weak, even though man's Spirit is willing flesh is weak and in need of being born again to reckon himself by Christ dead to self flesh by the death of Christ, and alive to God in the Spirit of God by the resurrected Christ.

S is everyone else if they will believe and study to see, asking God for the discernment in truth. The truth that sets one free.

so how long since you have been without sin?
when did you last sin?
what i mean is, have you loved God with everything in you every day seamlessly since conversion?
have you loved your neighbour as yourself, daily, without failing?

are you joined to the body of Christ His Church, face to face assembling with them to take His bread and wine?
are you doing the things the Lord commanded us to do?

or are you just staying home hoping to avoid any sin?

these are just questions, since you have not yet simply addressed the simple OP.

if you would do that, we could continue.

so its ok to cross out this scripture from my bible as its not applicable anymore 1 John 1:8
If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us... yeh right

That is born of a sin nature written to Gnostics that did not believe they were born with a sin nature nor did they believe Christ came in the flesh born of the Virgin Mary. That is what that is about from John a letter to the people gathering to study and know who Christ is and what Christ did for them. Now if they will see that Christ did come in the flesh and that their flesh is born with a sin nature, they can receive the forgiveness provided for them at the cross of Christ and thus learn from God solid trust in God's finished work for them and begin their new walk in the Spirit of God learning to be dead to that sinful nature that they were originally born with

So I'm not seeing how you disagree. How is not lying in a spiritual sense any different than not lying in a worldly sense? How is committing adultery in a spiritual sense any different than in a worldly sense? As well as worshiping idols? Is that ok in a physical sense? Which one of the ten commandments is not the same in a physical sense as a spiritual sense?

The fact is that without the spiritual connection to Christ, the physical sense is just not going to happen. I would think that would mean if we love Christ and accept Him as our Lord and savior; and hence, are now spiritually oriented, we'll desire all that much more to do what He says, which is to keep His commandments if we love Him.

If you would note, I did not disagree with anyone, just stated my understanding (though we might...I too).

The difference:

They who are under the Law obeys from their flesh. But, they who are under grace, obeys from their spirit. Jesus was telling those who were still under the Law, whose obedience to God came from the physical (Law), that such ones cannot please God, but if we are to please God, then we are to walk in faith (by the Spirit) in our obedience to God. Note that we are to still obey the moral Law, but not by the letter of the Law (the Law says this or that, so I will obey), but by the Spirit of the Law in Christ (the Spirit says this or that, so I will obey).

They who say the Law says this in its guidance and gives obedience to it, have placed themselves under the Law and its judicial sentencing, namely, death. But, they who say the Spirit says this in His guidance and gives obedience to Him, do walk in faith and place themselves under grace and its judicial sentencing, namely, Life. So says Jesus to them, obedience is to come from the spiritual heart and not the physical flesh. This was the aspect He was pointing out about the Law: flesh vs. spirit.

That is, if our obedience comes from our effort to obey the Law, death awaits us as it did all those who were under it in the Old Covenant, for sin must have its justly recompense. But, if our obedience comes from our effort to obey the Spirit, grace is afforded us in our failures, and Life Himself awaits us at the end of our journey.

Do you see the difference our Lord was speaking to that crowd? And He said, "I "relate" to you". What was He relating to us? Be perfect as our Father in the heavens is perfect: God showed no partiality in His acts of love. Does He not shine the sun and let the rain fall upon all, without judgment of a man's condition? Did not Jesus pray for those who physically abused Him? Did He not bless those who cursed Him? Such obedience comes from the spirit and not the flesh and this was the aspect He was teaching us.

Let obedience, therefore, come from love and not from our own effort.

My life new one is hidden in Christ, simply being used as a vessel by my free will to God to use me as God sees fit.
Sorry you are caught under Law which keeps you under Sinful behavior, I today no better to walk in the Spirit where there is nothing against any Law and am free to be, thanks and all glory to God
Do not know, when the last time I sinned or care to know, I am in the present with God and being in the present is a present a gift from God, past is gone and the future not here yet.
All in Love to you from God the Savior for all if we will just believe God at God's word for salvation through Christ at the cross

To be born of God is to be inwardly renewed by the power of the Spirit of God ?

This is true. We are inwardly renewed, i.e., we have been given a new spirit from heaven that is without sin.

The faulty reasoning made by some who think they don't (or cannot) sin is that they think the flesh has also been renewed (made sinless), which is absurd. We are told to put on the mind of Christ and die to the old man. If the death of the old man was actual, instead of judicial, there would be no need for us to daily crucify the old man because he would already be dead.

Their state of perfection is simply a mental state of denial that they have a corrupt, sinful nature.
