I dont see how his post is offensive, I even commented on it and agreed. I may not like some of the things he's said in his other threads but shame on you for mocking him. I really dislike that kind of jest it shows poor taste. If you disagree with him then disagree with him. If he bothers you then dont read anything he says.

I dont have to respect Lady Gagas beliefs because frankly they're evil. Why do I need to respect that? Also, if I ever met her or someone that liked her that doesn't mean I can't be nice to them, but when asked my opinion about her and her image I'll say what I want. You dont have to be a "bad" Christian to not like what they represent, and you dont have to be arrogant doing it either so I'd say it in a way that wouldn't condemn the person I'm talking to. so you think satanic is evil but in the past scientists was said to be satanic and was killed because of this this was the time when the illumanti came about but they never worshipped satan those were lies spread by the church so if your gona say she satanic then shes a scientists then do u have a problem with that aslo with those pics posted all i see is animals skulls this doesnt necessary mean shes a worships your devil it doesnt really mean anything and the manikin one thats just artistic so what wrong with that

Wow really? Are you half as confused by those statements as I am because your logic makes virtually no sense.
Firstly- I dont know what scientists you're talking about because we're not talking about science and satanism- we're talking about Lady Gaga, okay? Dont throw in new crazy theories where I haven't even gone there in the first place. That's just counterproductive.
Secondly- I've been a fashion student for two years at college and I'm subjected to Lady Gaga CONSTANTLY. My opinons aren't formed out of the blue. I pretty much have to study her every move because its what my school calls innovative and unique to culture of today. I go to everything with an open mind. Lady Gaga is disturbing to me because of the images she glorifies that conflict with my faith. Now you may not understand my reasons for not liking her, but I already said why I dont in my previous post so maybe you should "respect" my religious views by disagreeing with you kindly.
You might just see a picture of a girl doing wierd stuff, I think it's evil and symbolism of something spiritual. Honestly I can't ask you to understand any reason I give because you dont think like a Christian. So...yeah you're just going to have to accept that.
o and one more thing does this look familar because it should its on your page " really challange you "Christians", all "Christians" to look at themselves. I challange them to put away their differences and their opinions and LOVE people. Treat people with respect. Treat non-Christians with respect." now as far as logic goes satanits are non chrisitan aswell they are people and you say treat these people with respect so are you going back on your own words

How does disagreeing with what they represent disrespectful? Honestly that's like you saying you are judging me based on what I believe. Now if I called Lady Gaga an idiot that would be disrespectful, but calling what she does evil is not. You dont seem to see the difference.
its relevant because satanism is a miss used word ots orignal meaning didnt mean some who worshipped the devil

I dont really care about what the origin of "satanism" means, but I do care about keeping on subject.
I didn't say that it was offensive, I said that, considering he is so convinced that it is Satanic, then it makes little sense to "promote" it.
I make no apology for mocking him at all. If the cap fits, then wear it.
All we have seen so far from the OP is cut and paste articles to back up his beliefs.
He then continues down the path of shoving his opinion down peoples throats, regardless of who is hurt or upset in the meantime, ( check out his adoption diatribe for evidence of this).
He is patronising and condescending, in the extreme, when people put up an opposing point of view, and then sulks when people continue to disagree.
He is quick to judge and even quicker to apply God's judgement, in his OWN NAME, on those who oppose him.
If you, and other people, can't see through his thinly veiled facade on this forum then I can't help you.
so making music is evil now i dont see how poker face got anything to do with religion here

Well, I'll admit I didn't watch the whole commentary video. He was making too many leaps in logic for my liking. It took me right back to my media studies days and I don't want to go there.
However, I did go and watch the actual music video. I don't think it's satanic at all. It perhaps contains unsavoury themes, but that's a far cry from being satanic (but then I don't believe that all evil is satanic in origin). The real question ought to be whether or not evil is being promoted, and I'm not sure it is. As far as my analysis goes (apart from the producers just wanting to make a visually impressive video), it looked as though she was struggling with temptation, specifically lust and other rather seedy aspects that plague humanity. Ultimately, her will was not strong enough and hence she gets caught in this 'bad romance'.
Yes, this time good did not prevail, but I don't think it was trying to argue that evil is good. After all, she was recognising that she was being corrupted. I simply saw a very human story that happens every day in real life.

You must be really convinced you're right because I've given you all the tools to understand my argument and you take a totally inane route to promote your own. If you want to argue then find someone else, I only debate with people who are interested in logical summations.

ok i get that ur saying the symboles you find offensive because there evil in your religion but is she actully worshipping satan does she do soons about satan does she care about satan proberly not what if she was just using those symbols to promote an artisct style she like. want a better example the swash sticker the symbol the nazi used is a budda symbol and ins ome toher cultrals it repersented a sun god do you see what im getting at here the symbol is only used for evil to promote satans religion if so find me an interview where she says it

I think he was trying to make people aware of who she was, and to that promoting her video with a commentary is pretty safe. I could see where a link to her video without a commentary might be a little off.
I never heard of mocking be a good or accepted thing, its always used to provoke anger and hurt other people. To that I say keep your cap to yourself.
I commented on his adoption thread and I completely disagreed with him %100. Doesn't mean I have to hold a grudge. As for his "God judgement" fist-in-air commentary, who cares? God will deal with him. Thats a pretty serious offense on his part but If he does that sort of thing in anger it'll be his own problem not yours. Laugh it off as him over-reacting.
I dont have a veil over my eyes, I just get tired with peoples reactions that aren't Christ-based. Its pretty hard to take you seriously when you mock other people and then talk about Christ.
I can see getting angry and saying something back, but I dont understand saying something in anger then defending it.
I stand by my opinion of Lady Gaga not because of this guy, but because I know about her. I'm not trying to please anyone and if you dont think it's satanic or evil then fine, I dont think I have the right to tell you how to feel.

I watched the video as that was all about all I could take, the big problem with it is that the person who did the analysis went in LOOKING for satantic themes and when they were found made a point of exaggerating them, which turns me off because the analysis in not objective and therefore not remotely credible.
Too many people in christian circles go out of their way to trash Lady GaGa and it's really quite sad, she is more overt in how she presents her herself and her various messages but she is basically the same as many others in the popular music scene, it's littered with bad messages.
To present such a blatantly biased analysis will only alienate people from your view, it's pretty sad people can't take an honest look at something and present it how it really is, that video has some bad stuf in it, but a lot of what was claimed was clearly nothing but assumption and speculation.
