I've never heard of, or tried that. I've had insomnia for years, so I might. Cool! Thanks for the info.

There are changes in a person's lifestyle that may overcome insomnia. For example: irregular bedtime, caffeine, eating late at night, jetlag, napping in the late afternoon, nicotine and so on. You may want to look on the internet for such lifestyle changes.

Medicine should be a person's last option to solve insomnia problems. Hope you find a solution. Best Wishes, Amberlyn!

I don't trust modern medicine, and have learned that holistic medicine is much better. And thanks for all the suggestions.

I hate garlic! I cook with it and thats about it. I know people who dice it and take with water. Its very good for the hair and body but I personally do not see myself trying this.

There some video online u can watch on how to make it since it show step by step how to do it.

All u need to do is to cut some garlic and put it in a pot or something in a stove along with the milk. Let it heat up for a few minutes until it hot or warm. Then serve it on a cup. And you

Now that sounds more palatable to be sure. What I do is take the generic form of Benadryl. I buy it at Costco for 4.49 for a bottle of 600. For those that take Benadryl for allergies or colds and have a Costco membership it is a massive savings of well over $100 verses actually buying Benadryl. A bottle lasts me for months, and in relative terms, practically free.

I love garlic! I eat a raw clove every day.
I have heard "a garlic clove a day keeps the girls away". Is there any truth to this, Didymous?

I would not know. At our house my wife has always kept the girls away: I have never needed garlic! ;)lol

Since i'm not trying to lure any females type folks, I hope it does keep them away! Once I divorce my heathen wife, and get a better picker, I might think about them female thingys, but for now, i'm happy eating garlic, wearing holey t-shirts, and making music unexcused from my legumes.
