Sounds like the root of your problem is you don't like yourself. I'll pray for ya still, but I want you to do something for me. Just consider before you go to sleep some reasons why you are all right just how God made you.

I'll pray for you to accept the One who is the only One who can help you with these problems. You can't do it long by yourself. This is why it is a daily battle with you. You're tired, aren't you? Tired of battling. Jesus wants to help you. He said "Come unto me all ye weak and heavy laden, and I will give thee rest."
You've got these burdens, and He wants to take them from you and put them on Himself. Imagine if all these things were heavy items in a backpack, and you've been trudging around with them a long time. You try to throw them out and away, but you pick them back up again.
Jesus can take the burden. He wants to take it from you. He tells us His yoke is light. Can you see him in your imagination? He is coming beside you as you trudge along, He is whispering to you "Put your burden on me. I love you."
I know what it feels like, to have the burden of anger and hate. One night, I asked Jesus to save me, and He did. He stands at your heart's door now, knocking.

The word of God is the sword of the spirit. Jesus fought off the devil with scripture while he was being tempted in the wilderness. Keep these verses in your mind daily. Whenever you get tempted and have perverted thoughts, say these verses out loud. Paul says to thank God for giving you freedom through Jesus. Whenever you're tempted, thank God for giving you freedom through Jesus and remember that sin has no power over you.
Also try praying and fasting. It might give you the spiritual breakthrough needed to beat this habit
And also read Psalms 25 and 51 and Romans 6 and 8 everyday. Those are good chapters that will help you to realize who you are through Jesus. Read those Psalms as prayers to God and ask him for forgiveness and cleansing
God won't let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. Ask him to kill your desire for pornography. Ask for his strength and resist as hard as you can

I have tried to maintain friendships with other Christians in real life but it doesn't seem to work. If one of us moves away from the other, they completely stop trying to contact me. I can text them but pretty much always have to text first. I ask if I can call them and they get upset. People online are a lot more likely to want to have a friendship or just talk.
Yeah I have a few casual friendships w people from work and my old church. Don't hang out w them really much outside of those places though.
You are not alone many of us struggle with such things as well even as Christians we still go through addiction self loathing and depression I go through all three all the time. As I said in my thread in the misc. section it's comforting to know that others go through what you do, we are here for you and will do all we can to encourage uplift and help you
