Reports from all over the country actually about strange snow

Its clearly carbon based - hence the singe marks the naked flame makes so clearly not "snow" being made up entilry of Hydrogen and Oxygen (minus the impurities of course)
 
So whatever chemical they are using can melt... So since it can melt, it acts just like water. Where is this chemical going? To the rivers, lakes, oceans, and the air....

Well this seems fun...

I tried to be a skeptic, but every video I searched up did not 'debunk' this 'myth' as they claimed it would.
E.g. they would melt the snow with a liter. And say debunked. When the original videos would show the snow melting...
They would burn other plastics and show the black residue, but the original videos claimed to be smelling plastic when burn't.
Or they would do the same test from another state and get the same result. Which in my opinion does not disprove the original hypothesis...

What someone needs to do is take a snowball same sized as the others shown in previous videos. And keep it under a fire with something holding the snowball that does not retain heat (to refrain from melting it) And see the byproducts of 'burning' the snow till there is only char or water left... That would prove if it is fake or real snow... :)

(p.s. I know the black residue happens when you take a glass plate and burn the underside. As with doing the same with any metal)
 
the char is a chemical reaction from holding it too close to the lighter...it literally the fumes fro the lighter gases staining the snow nothing more. You can do the same thing to an ice cube if you hold a lighter close to it. I would devote more time to this, but its dumb. Clearly the people in these videos have mental issues that are exaggerated when their lack of scientific knowledge gets tested and...conspiracies.

You learn something new. I haven't heard about this "fake snow". Can't really say I care, but I will take your word for it. And now I am off to the freezer for an ice cube to try this out.
 
The fake snow is made from a machine. They use it mainly in places like Stone Mountain in the winter. They also use it in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in the winter. It's nothing really complicated to understand. XD

It's not fake I saw it fall from the sky (I live in Georgia). I thought it was cool, it reminds of winter in Michigan.

No, I smelled no burning plastic. You can try this out for yourself and see if you get the same results. I am guessing you probably would.
IF you notice in all the videos the flame is right up on the snowball. Not at a distance. IF they placed the flame a couple inches away it would have melted like normal.
 
Also you have to realize that snow has a very specific composition. It is frozen water. But its not 'ice' because there is an access of air in it. This is the reason you can pack snow into snowballs, by condensing it. The same thing applies to snow when it melts. As snow melts it doesnt just turn to water. The moisture is absorbed the the other snowflakes which eventually is what gives us slush. If you look closely when you hold heat to a snow ball you can see this wicking process take place.

As far as snow smelling like plastic, well we all know we dont exactly have a pristine atmosphere. Any number of chemical particles could be contained in the snow, which is also why you probably shouldnt eat it. But it doesnt make it fake.

Now if you want to believe in fake snow, go for it. Fools will fall for anything.
