This young man looks like a very pleasant young man to me, with no ill intent toward anyone, I think this is a clear cut case of good ole boys from Georgia taking the law into their own hands, if I was a young black man and white men in a pickup truck with shotguns was chasing me, I would most def. try to get away from them and if that failed I would try to fight my way out, and it looks like that is just what he did. I believe he is innocent, and the perpetraters are evil people, with malicious intent.

I'll give some credit that you say you'd try to run away, that in my opinion is more reasonable whether you are up to anything or not than the ones that are so deluded they suggest that you should rush at and attack a person with a gun and find yourself dead in their self defense. Though I am surprised no one would just at least stop and hear what they gonna ask or pull out your phone and call the cops yourself. Then again the much hated and old tapes of the assailant's past run-ins with the police which are come out probably rule out him calling them.

You will have to list fake crimes. But honestly to say racism is fake, that is just ignorance. Racism is a byproduct of hate. A nurtured belief sometimes influenced by nature or environment.

Here because frankly I get tired of this topic for tonight at least, I'd say looking at some of the recent news surrounding it, here is a good commentator. I don't fully agree with him, mainly just on the minor hang-up that he thinks they ought not have had guns, and maybe it's poor taste, but it's not illegal especially in the South. Nevertheless he makes good points as usual about the case itself and the surrounding social dynamic, his name is Larry Elder, and as he says, he happens to be black.

I was not aware of any other tapes, showing run ins with the police, maybe you are privy to inside info? And maybe the one who shot him was one that he had previously had altercations with? I will stick to my opinion, I see no malice in this young mans face at all. He seems to be at peace with the world, as much as is possible anyway for a young black man living in a very dominent white Georgia town.

No his past run-ins with the police are easily found on the internet. They're not secret they came out a bit a go and the defenders of the lie hated it and announced it as irrelevant, which they're not totally wrong it is indeed irrelevant in regards to the crux of this case which is him assaulting the two men and them having to defend themselves as is clearly shown.

Lol your latter opinion is hilariously unjust. The classic bias of good looks, may Jesus save all the ugly people.

The two white men look like racists to me, vigilantes to be exact. What man in his right mind would attack someone with a shotgun in his hand and another one right behind him? He had to be scared out of his mind, he did not have a snow balls chance on a hot day. I agree with the Uncle Tom video that black children need fathers in the home, and that needs to be addressed more profoundly.

Let's see here where can I bring some clarity to this.

Okay, Racism involves hate towards another race this happens. Not fake. Sexism involves the mistreatment of someone due to the opposite sex, this happens. Not fake.

Feminism is a idea or movement not a crime. Communism is practically a religion also a idea not a crime in theory. Nazism is a offshoot of Communism so again not a crime. If one acts on the beliefs of communism or nazism then it could turn into a crime. People have rights to conscience but with the law of the land they still have to obey. As to why for example Islam is tolerated but you cannot be committing Jihad and expect your religious rights to still be protected. It goes against the law of the land.

Anti Semitism is just a definition to define motive. Hatred towards Jews we see all the time.

As for phobias that is to say one fears something. To fear has never been a crime. But under law if one doesn't treat others equally dealing with sex, age, race, handicaps, religion, and other rights under the Constitution then that is breaking the law.

I looked on You Tube for past run ins, and only found one, in 2017, where the law unjustly assaulted Ahmund , including tazing him, but thankfully the unit failed to activate, no thanks to the officer. You make it seem that he had multiple altercations, but I have not found that to be true, if it is would you please post the others?

Your clip of a response on the video dosent silence the fact Arbery "Violently Assaulted" the armed man while trying to take his weapon.

The armed men killed Arbery in self defense, just as the TMZ clip below shows.
