Just heard Ruth Ginsberg has gone home, she was hanging on in hope the President God raised up would not select her successor, can't thwart God's plan.
Thank you Lord! Now, several prophetic speakers I know say He will select two, looks like after he is reelected for the next one.
Blessings

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg dead at 87

Sept 18, 2020

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the enigmatic, longtime Supreme Court justice who attained near cult-like status among progressive circles, died Friday at the age of 87 from complications surrounding metastatic pancreas cancer.

The late Supreme Court justice, who spent more than two decades on the bench in the highest court of the land, is survived by her two children, Jane Carol and James Steven Ginsburg.

She stated not long ago when the subject of her retiring from the bench was broached that the only way she'd leave the bench is if she died. She was long overdue for retirement, falling asleep at government functions like the SotU, etc... But she was a fighter in all respects. Even in her early years as a young woman and for that she has my respect.

She died today of Pneumonia. God have mercy.

Since three threads were posted on this subject in a short time it was best to merge them into one thread rather than have three active threads on the same subject.

I hope Mitch Mcconnell nominates and drives the horse home "Quick", (No More Mr. Nice Guy)!

Right now the court is 5/4 liberal leaning, this nomination and confirmation would tilt the scale!

John Roberts is a closet Liberal, a big disappointment, a George Bush appointment.

You State Ruth Ginsburg went home?

Where do you think that might be, Ruth Ginsburg, a person who championed Killing The Unborn (Abortion) and homosexuality in (Same Sex Marriage)?

Do you think her works on earth has a place in eternal Glory with Jesus Christ and God the father?

P.S. don't hold your breath, I believe Ginsburg's replacement will be confirmed before Jan 3rd 2021, and possibly even sooner, God Speed, a conservative that will uphold and defend the (Original) intent of the US constitution.

Nails are being forged for the liberal agendas coffin, I can't wait to see the coming decades of conservative decisions (y)

I agree, things aren't looking too good for her at all and there's nothing she can do about it .... imo ..

One usually talks about believers going home. Since Ginsberg was definitely not a believer, she definitely did not go *home*.

Let's not sugarcoat things. There are only two places where the dead go -- Heaven or Hades. And she is now in Hades.

Speculating that someone went to Hades (meaning is the grave) is very true. If, on the other hand, you mean Hell, I think that that is best left to God to decide. You do not know her heart. I have noticed that some believe that one particular belief system WITHIN Christianity ONLY is the only way to Heaven. I think that is a narrow view for a narrow god.

My question for any of you who might remember: where did the Jewish victims of the Holocaust go?
Specifically, where did Anne Frank, a Jewish girl of 15, raised in Judaism and who believed and followed what she was taught to believe and follow, go?

Can we blame people for being born into and believing what their parents teach them? Can they blame and judge us for being "wrong"? Or is God wider than that? You will say Iesus said, I am the way, the truth ... etc. Is it possible that Jesus can be experienced through a different vortex? Currently this is the belief of Mainline Christianity, Catholicism, Mainline Muslimism AND Judaism.

Perhaps ... God is bigger and greater than anything we can understand.
May she rest in Peace.

Amen.

PS:
Does anyone here take solace in thinking that someone has gone to Hell to suffer for Eternity? I think THAT is the sin. Seriously, dont we just let God, who knows the heart of every one of us, decide?
Personally, I find it very sad that anyone would go to Hell. I do realize she was not Christian, was not ProLife, and she was for gay rights. The only I issue I might have with her is the Prolife issue ... but even that can only be recinded by the Supreme Court and for over 50 years ... with both Republican and Democratic Presidents, nothing has changed. Maybe someone who knows more about Law can explain to me why nothing has been done.

PS: Perhaps on her deathbed, she asked God for forgiveness ... and does He grant it when we Repent?

He judges the heart. I have heard various teachings that seem to line up with experiences I have read of and personally been a part of in peoples passing, Steve Jobs for one claimed to be buddhist yet on his deathbed, as he passed , he looked up into the corner of the room and went "oh wow! oh wow!" as he "gave up the ghost". Later we find he was baptized christian early in life and we know Jesus spoke of the 12, "none of these you have given me have I lost".
Perhaps these misguided statements of someone "going to hell" and "let's no mince words", are from the adversary, they don't line up with the Galatians 5 attributes of love, joy, peace, etc.
Several that I know had a time at the end where they looked up in the upper corner of the room, about enough time to hear someone say, "come up here", and then went unconscious and the body then slowly shutdown, peacefully and quietly.
James Dobson spoke of his father, who had always said he wanted to go home with his family around him, on one Thanksgiving had just said grace then laid down his head and was gone.
None of us will ever understand fully the love of God and His ways.
bless you

Yes, I know the Steve Job's story well. "Wow, wow, wow"

Also, interesting is what I have learned from Hospice nurses of what those near death do and say. Far too many have had this experience for me NOT to believe that they saw into the Afterlife & were reassured. By the way, they come from all walks of life (all religions & even some atheists).
However, there are a number of experiences (they say it is in the minority) that were "Hellish" .. in NDE's which is not the same as Near Death.

My FIL spoke to people in the same room (all of them had passed on). We could not see them, but he did. He was not on any psychotropic drugs. My mother, who loved & followed Jesus ... and prayed to Him ceaselessly, also called out to her Mother and Sister (both gone). There are so many stories ... too many to put here.

I have found myself judging murderers, rapist, pedophiles and other horrific people ... and I guess I have to stop that because I have no idea what God will decide and He is the Master.

Thank you kindly for your post. My own grandfather appeared at the time of his passing for a brief moment, I mentioned this a few years later at a family reunion, two cousins of mine had the same experience at the same moment of his crossing over.
This world is a construct made for us, Gpod operates in the Quantum realm where there is no distance or time, when we join him we can experience much of His realm.
In my recent ministry at a local hospital, I have spoken with over 30 who have had contact with those who have gone before, in similar ways and in different ways, visions, touches, dreams, personal ways.
The veil is getting thinner the closer we get to the fulfillment of scripture.
Dr. Raymond Moody, who did a lot with NDE's, mentioned about 10% have very bad experiences, and I have known them as well, one especially was shown both places and made up his mind to live that he not end up in the wrong one.
bless you

I cannot see how this woman could enter into eternity with the LORD Jesus.. She has the blood of millions of innocents on her hands ... She clearly did know about Christianities opposition and preaching against Abortion.. So it can not be said she did what she did in ignorance..

I think Hell has one more soul till the day of judgement..
