Yes, I have noticed this before. I think the reason is that usually this kind of girls have a rather unpredictable personality, which makes them very appealing for guys who are challenge-seekers. These girls can be loving but also explosive, and even very explosive when they are loving (hope it makes sense) which I think, gives guys a feeling of adventure. I'm making a general description when I'm saying this of course, as I know not every case is like this, but this is what I've noticed.

I agree :)

I think this girl hit it

I believe they are two sides of the same coin. Some guys are 'whipped' and do what they're told. She wears the pants in the relationship and isn't shy about it. But some guys are loving and out of that love try to make their mate happy, not because she demands it, but because he wants to. To an outsider, especially another guy, both of these may look the same, but there is a distinction.

So guys who are loving and do things out of consideration are "whipped" and guys who do it out obligation are "hwipped". :D

Ok, I read this on a FS thread on a car forum and thought of this thread:

"The fiance was fine with me getting this car before she turned into my wife. Now she hates it sitting in the garage so now it is time for me to part with my dream car."

Definition of being whipped. ^^

And later in the thread...
"Ignore wat she says keep the car. Don't become whipped. Stick to the guy code."

I'm not the only one that thinks that either. ^^

The way I see it, if I was her I would recognize that the car has some kind of important meaning and value to my husband. It may not be the car itself, but the meaning behind the car, ie. he has fond memories working on a car bonding with his dad when he was young, or its a way to help him think, relieve stress, enjoys building and creating things, bonding with 'the guys', or just a good hobby. With that said, if the car was collecting dust for years and not being worked on, I'd say that its time to let it go. It is serving no purpose, and if we are able get some money for it to be able to put towards something that is more useful, then it only makes sense to sell the thing.

Mind you, this is an idealistic statement, I am replying as a single woman. So who knows, when I get married I might be just like her lol. And by that time, he's stuck with me...muahahahahaha (j/k :p)
