(Obligatory chauvinist reply) Yes because women are so SENSITIVE and DELICATE and have to have really fine razor blades...
Okay, now the real reply: I think they make the same kind for men and women, color the women's pink and charge more. But that's just a guess because I've never tried women's razor blades. Also the good razor blades for men are also expensive... usually. You can get cheap ones but they pull at the hair and make little cuts on the face and... bleh.
These though, they are cheap AND give a good shave. You might try them. They fit the Gillette Vector handle (I think that's the name... I'll see if I can look up what handle I got to go with it, but it's a Gillette something.) Lemme know if you want to give them a try and I'll research. If nothing else I can look through my amazon.com purchase history to see what kind of handle I bought.

I've carried a backpack almost everywhere I go since high school.
And, if I may, I highly suggest ones by L.L. Bean. They're pricey up front, but well worth it for anyone who is tired of having to replace theirs every year.
(What can I say. I'm tougher on my gear than a pack mule.)
I’ve never been a back pack girl. I always wonder if
someone can or would unzip them and pull out your wallet, purse etc
without you knowing, especially on crowded buses or the train.

with long lasting deep woody undertones all at the same time.
It’s also very expensive hence the early Christmas gift suggestion. Lol
I got sucked in and bought a large cut price sample when it first came out.
Then like a drug dealer they hiked up the price.

One person's practical is another person's wow-how-could-anybody-ever-think-this-is-useful. Case in point: My phone, the Unihertz Jelly, which is very practical for me but would be very frustrating for almost everybody I know.
The problem with purses is "practical" means so many different things to so many different people that the manufacturers can't cover all the bases.
Ah good. Then you can tell us: Is there any qualitative difference between the ones for men and the ones for women? I mean there are high-end and low-end razors in men's and women's razor blades, but are the men's razor blades you use about the same as higher priced women's blades?
Not really. The only difference is that that gel stuff is pinky floral instead of blue fresh stuff.

I have difficulty navigating knee caps.

Yeah, I have no idea why they named it Jelly. Maybe it's a cultural thing - Unihertz is based in Shanghai. The Jelly is the world's smallest Android phone, smaller than the screen part of a flip-phone. I like it but most people would go (more) nuts trying to use it. But it makes a great case-in-point about one person's practical is another person's this-is-so-impractical.
