I love some people more than others but even if I hate them, that doesn't mean there's no love left. Why must everyone think so much in terms of black and white considering the entire scope of all the dynamics in people and relationships?

Mark 10:21
Then Jesus, looking at him, loved him

why does God see fit to make a point of mentioning this?
why doesn't God say this explicitly about everyone individually?

why does God say this explicitly about a person sunday-school taught us was an example of wickedness?

OP isn't an easy question; post loves this

John was called the disciple whom Jesus loved.
John called himself that...

why does God say He loved Jacob and not Esau?

what does this testify of?
Romans9-11-13.png

Romans 9 verses 11-13 ~ Before the twins were born or had done anything good or bad, in order that God’s plan of election might stand, not by works but by Him who calls, she (Rebekah) was told, “The older will serve the younger.” So it is written: “Jacob I loved, but Esau I hated.”

1 Timothy 2:14
Adam was not deceived

So many conjectures, I see Adam saw Eve not die physically as he thought would immediately. He then had doubt himself and ate as well. In Doubt he ate, then ran and hid with Eve at his side, to hide afraid and worried

God has by Son in being risen has reversed that curse of worry, fear and anger, placed on all flesh and blood ever since. For us to be new in love to all, not a few anymore, at least for me this I now see in thanksgiving and praise to God through risen Son given me and you also, and everyone else to choose as well, believe God or do not believe God, that be the one and only choice left for us all to choose, each person personally, thank you
God loves us all, y'all choose between God and you, thank you God

why would he think he would immediately physically die? that isn't what God had told him, and he saw his wife had eaten and had not physically died when she came to him and spoke to him.

if he had thought he would immediately fall over dead, he was deceived - but we know he wasn't.

doubt, too, is deception - - God said, he listened to the voice of his wife, and ate. what she said to him was not deceitful, and he willingly, consciously chose to sin because of what she said.

they hid because they were ashamed, and afraid because of their shame.
but they also did not hesitate to answer God when He called them, nor to fully confess to Him everything they had done - - does that sound like doubt, worry or unbelief?
friend that is how we all come to salvation, by trusting God, answering His call to us with humble confession.

With all except, bible says he was there with her, so he saw her eat and not die, then had unbelief and ate as well. Then ran away to hide, taking her with him, and God did not kill either one did God?
People do that to themselves, killing each other. People do bad all by themselves, every person is accountable, time to see Luke 18:9-14 and ask for the forgiveness given now through risen Son, to see new in love and mercy from God Father through Son and not understand yet love all in the same mercy and truth of ?Son give en us all in his willing death, thank you

He was there with her, when she ate from that tree is says so in Genesis, he was there when she ate. all we all have are "Cliff notes" not the particulars, just the "Cliff notes" that we all conjecture from and oh how so many time s I have been wrong and saw God not condemn, always ready to continue new teaching me in. his love e and mercy of Son for us all to learn ew from and love all, even those that have done us all wrong, including self

With all except, bible says he was there with her

it doesn't

and the fact he wasn't deceived, and that she was first in sin, whereas if he had failed to stop her from being deceived he would have been in sin before her, mean that it is impossible he was with her when Satan attacked.

Satan murdered her while she was alone, and then she came to her husband and spoke to him, and he decided to join her in death. then, he ate with her.

the scripture says she gave fruit to him with her - - meaning they were together in eating, not meaning, he was standing there like a silent idiot saying nothing the whole time she was being tempted and deceived.

Genesis 3:6-7

Authorized (King James) Version

6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. 7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

New International Version
Gen 3:6-7
6 When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. 7 Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.
Thank you, Thank you as God does not see women under or over man, made from the rib as equal help-mate
in Fact Genesis 5 God called the two Adam, as Adam called Eve, Eve
God sees us all as equals, having no respect of anyone better than anyone else. People fell, and we are first born of flesh in that fallen state, born of flesh that will not or cannot please God. only one that has ever done that, is Son The only, one who is no longer known of in flesh and blood
2 Cor 5:16-2o
Therefore be thankful to God for equality to us all and ask God for the new life in the risen Son, and be dead daily to the first birth of flesh nature, thank you to be new in God Father's spirit and truth, the Holy Spirit that led Jesus, Father himself, our turn in love and mercy to all not a few anymore

I didn't make this thread to troll. My question was a serious question. It didn't look to me like God loved me or had favor in me. Not like he does other people. Even the people of the world look like they have more favor from God.

My friend you clearly do not see or know your worth, he loves you and has just as much favor for you as he does anyone else believe me

No he is not he is a good friend of mine and I know him well enough to know it was a serious question don't make assumptions about someone you do not know
Why not? It was a stupid question. He’s got some kind of weird axe to grind, probably mad at God for for something - probably a hypocrite at church ….
… isn’t that always what it is?

And you make this assumption based on what exactly? and no it was not a stupid question and you need to re check your attitude
For the record he struggles with self worth so his question is not stupid and he is not the first to ask such a question either.

Well he didn’t say that. No one said that until just now. Okay well, then I have egg on my face. 😏

That is why you don't make assumptions about someone you never know what their going through and especially when you don't know them personally
