It writes itself. It's scripture. That was an informative post and well written.
You must really be mad with Elijah.I'm only typing to you once this time only. I don't EVER use ANY SARCASM with GOD'S WORD. I see your name and I'm done with you.
It writes itself. it's God's word, not mine.Thank you!!! I wasn't here 10 minutes on this sight and the law was shoved on me! Anyway I was giving scripture of Grace and got a old testament beating. I have a book from Ray Comfort. The way of the master. Now in this book it has a way of using the law in evangelism to expose the sin to a non believer bringing the sin to their conscience. Paul used the law, prophecy and the truth about Calvary. So if we use it it should be for this. Many other preachers have comments in this book about how the law is essential to draw the sinner out and to repentance and possible salvation
Sad but true that the Gentiles never had the law.To be without law is to be "lawless". This is the heresy of Antinomianism, which means 'without law'. First termed by Martin Luthur and something John Wesley and his associates fought against at the time.
It rebirthed in the Scofield Bible notes and has been popularized by the 'Free Grace" movement.
Sad but true that the Gentiles never had the law.
Acts 15, specifically states that Gentiles are not under the Mosaic Law.
The apostles told the Gentiles to avoid sexual immorality.
The apostles could have said obey the ten commandments but they did not.
Here is the proof of what the apostle Paul taught an infant church in Thessalonica.
1 Thessalonians 4:2-3
For you know what commandments we gave you by the authority of the Lord Jesus. For this is the will
of God, your sanctification; that is, that you abstain from sexual immorality.
1 Thessalonians 4:9-11
Now as to the love of the brethren, you have no need for anyone to write to you, for you yourselves
are taught by God to love one another; for indeed you do practice it toward all the brethren who are
in all Macedonia. But we urge you, brethren, to excel still more, and to make it your ambition to lead
a quiet life and attend to your own business and work with your hands, just as we commanded you.
Now your going to say that Paul taught the ten commandments
Problem is people don't read the scripture they read books supposedly based on the scripture. It writes itself. It's scripture.
Yes indeed. It is the Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus. Those who are led by the Spirit of God are the sons of God. It says nothing about following a written code of conduct.Jeremiah prophesied that in the New Covenant God would write His Laws upon the human heart.
Yes, or stuff that is satanic like the "Great Controversy".Problem is people don't read the scripture they read books supposedly based on the scripture.
We need to meet. Have a bro lay holy hands on yaProblem is people don't read the scripture they read books supposedly based on the scripture.

Preach that to that law enforcement.right above my post. The Law written in our hearts is not an external code of behavior, but the love of God poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit.
Love is the fulfilling of the Law. Thus, Jesus taught that the greatest commandments are to love God with our whole being and to love others as we love ourselves. This love is the fruit of the Spirit. Thus, as we love, we fulfill the moral law of God.
This is not legalism but grace.
And by the way that's what I told him that started this whole nonsense. He harrased me for making a point about grace. So please don't get on me tooPreach that to that law enforcement.right above my post.
This was not love. The guilt gave me no rest. I real sincere apology to you. I will cease this for good. Now Ezekiel don't like me.
A little scattered but a good attempt. Thus, Jesus taught that the greatest commandments are to love God with our whole being and to love others as we love ourselves.
