"Pieces conceived and executed completely apart reflect a singular artistic vision. Bachelors of Fine Arts candidates Karen Hudak, Peter Parr, Ashley DeMarte, Stephanie Russell, Brianna Voron, Laura Matson, Sarah Peterson, Caitlin Sterchi, and Catherine Yang proudly present Completely Apart. Together they explore the notion of layers and fragments as a finished work. In the end each piece builds upon the others to create a common theme: the importance of the individual."
Details:
-There will definitely be food
-For all invited this is a painting group, so it is at your own discretion to bring small children since much of the art will showcase the human figure
-All the artists will be there to discuss their pieces
-Some pieces may be on sale
-It will be open March 30th - April 2nd if you are unable to make the reception
It is located at Tempe Center, East side of Mill Ave., between 9th and 10th streets. Located just north of the ASU Art Museum Ceramics Research Center, the entrance is on the north side of the building. Basically it's right next to Sack's Café.
The opening reception is March 31st if anyone wants to come!
