It is a project jointly funded by the US Navy and Air force to explore the possible use of the Ionosphere to develop Radio communications and surveillance There is a load of info about it if anyone is that interested

HAARP (HFAARP) AND HARP. Similar coincidence?
The title originally referred to HARP which was a long distance gun. (High Altitude Research Project)
This originally was intended to explore the possibility of shooting objects into space as a cheaper alternative to a space rocket.
However, in a more practical application, HARP and HAARP can be used together to shoot extremely long distances inside the earths atmosphere.
HAARP effects people on some psychological level because i use to live in AK and when i was on a plane to the lower 48, at some point some of my ADHD/bipolar symptoms were lessened.

There isn't any one perfect source. Ventura may not understand the 'big picture' the way I wish he would. Then again, if he isn't a Bible-believing Christian, therefore would the 'big picture' just be too much for him to handle.
But I keep running into this thing...about how "so-and-so" is controlled opposition...whether Alex Jones or whoever. Yes, we get it. It doesn't stop me from gleaning interesting information from here or there. Ventura was given unprecedented access to a number of things during his TV series from a couple of years ago.
Any source on the Internet is going to be imperfect. As Christians, we don't get to float miraculously above the fray. You have to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty...to dig out some of the information.
I have gained much information, for example, from the Disclosure Project...in which Dr. Stephen Greer (a total New Age loony) collected the testimonies of about 500 top eyewitnesses (admirals, generals, top intelligence agents, top level aviation experts, top level space technology people, on and on)...in which a huge government cover-up is disclosed regarding UFOs and non-human entities.
But Greer is a total New Age convert who believes these non-humans with which government agents are interacting are "here to usher humanity into a new age of enlightenment". That's how he interprets something that Bible students know to be fallen angelic entities who do NOT have humanity's "best interests" in mind.
But I still use Disclosure Project as a source! On top of that - the whole project is funded by Rockefeller money! I suspect, in the end times (which may be upon us momentarily) the 'powers that be' (i.e. the Antichrist and his people)...will "spin" the non-human scenario to bolster their own credibility.
And in fact, I believe we can see that very scenario in the Bible prophecies: The Antichrist will have the full backing of the Devil. The world will most likely see that the Antichrist has the backing of these 'super-humans'...the Devil and his fellow fallen ones.

I was thinking that the west used it to attack Indonesia with that tsunami after 9/11,they have one of the largest muslim populations,it was payback.

Yes, I agree with weather alterations and also in low frequency it (Or a similar tool to HAARP) can be used to cause earthquakes. From what I've read it is a very multipurpose tool.
That's an organization that old people can join so they can get discounts on food and lodging.
Theres also a abnormally high rate of suicide and domestic violence in AK which i believe is attributed to HAARP.
