Happiness is...

picking wheat heads and rubbing them in your hands until the wheat comes clean then savoring them as a midday snack :)
 
Happiness is a walk with Christ. Even when you've fallen down, you're still on that path, and never alone.

But other things are happiness too (just less so):
- A job to keep you busy. It's pure bliss if it keeps your mind active too.
- Friends and family to talk to and spend time with
- Things that make loud noises. Pick your flavor, but loud noises are fun.
