Has anyone noticed that they're drawn to read the Bible with urgency?

I experience this often. I have since downloaded a Bible app on my phone.

I don't receive the same blessing from electronic media as I do the printed word.
I do receive confirmation by Holy Spirit regularly.

It's extremely easy to fall into the secular world. It's glittering and they'll gladly think for you. Turn it off. Life goes by like a minute. Take one's precious time and read.

We moved a few months ago and I have yet to re-establish a church for our household. We are surrounded by them here, but I will need to dig in find the right one....To have such a sense of urgency to read the New Testament and in a hurry is clear...Take one's precious time and read.

ask: "Do they know how to follow God's Command"?:

"Study to shew thyself Approved Unto God, a workman that needeth
not to be ashamed, Rightly Dividing The Word Of Truth." (2 Timothy 2:15)

If not, then I would Urgently ask myself: "Are they Approved Unto God"?

exhorted to "...live By Every Word That Proceedeth Out Of The Mouth
Of God." (Mat 4:4; Luk 4:4 Deu 8:3), Correct?

ps2. I usually "read all the way through" in about a year. Precious Words...

It is important to know their mission statement and if they work solely from the Holy Bible and have they bent some traditions to appease the woke?

Your so correct, God's words are all the truth depths of our souls hunger for. It was a creation inside of us. The Spirit filled Word (Jesus is the Word, John 1:1) is the fulfillment of that hunger, the only thing that can satisfy the souls need!

I looked up the Halaak and it doesn't seem to have any correlation with the urgency to read the Bible and to study. Can you refine what meaning you meant with this term?

It's there. You couldn't find it because there was a typo mistake. It isn't spelled Halaak.
