Russia and the US in the cold war. This was going on in the 1960s and seemed to end in the 80's. I remember the US hating anyone who was Russian. And Russia wasn't kind to others either. We all wondered what was really going on in Moscow.

I haven't been to Russia but know it's pretty cold in Siberia.
Also Stalin's daughter wrote a memoir - did you know! She defected to US for a while too. So what do you know. I guess if the two countries ever joined together and became...The United States of Russia and America, or the USRA for short, that would really put a spin on the New World Order.

Just like stars and planets and other heavenly bodies have mostly Greek names, plants have Latin names. For classification purposes I suppose. You can't just number them. Although they tried to do that in the Bible, but lost count.
 
Think Ruby lives in Australia, but never quite knew where Moses lived. I believed he was living in a bunker in Antarctica, or at least, he said he was.

Maybe he got snowed in, before he was banned.

I'm starting to think the dead are the lucky ones. lol Can we wind the clock back a couple decades? I don't like this world none.

What happened to Shittim, was he ill?
When the faithful die, Bible always say they 'fall asleep'
But death notices usually say they either die suddenly, tragically, or peacefully.

I'm kind of curious which one it was.

Suddenly - without warning
Tragically - they were killed, or went missing, accident, suicide
Peacefully - in bed, surrounded by loved ones

I think most of us want the third one, though, Jesus said we are to lay down our lives for others. I sometimes think of people who die in car crashes, and they were otherwise healthy, and donating their organs so others may live.

I can't imagine having a heart transplant, that is a wonder of the modern age. Or a liver transplant. Most people can spare a kidney, as we have two.
