I was injured by another person and don't want to publicly go into details here. It was obvious, video footage and injuries. The insurance company administrator just denied liability. I've been treated and going to a physical therapist. I don't want to bring a lawsuit if it can be avoided, however it looks like the insurance company is forcing me to take action.
Please pray for my complete healing and the insurance to cover my recovery expenses.
I am looking for a new job that is suitable.

The administration's whole job is to deny claims.

You have to sue.

Get a good lawyer....one who doesn't advertise. Even if you have to pay money to get a referral for the right one. But there's usually a barracuda in the swamp of lawyers somewhere. Once you hire them it Then it becomes your job to keep them on a leash. They represent you....they speak for you. Ensure they say nothing that you don't want them to.

One of the resources that you might have available to you is your own insurance company.

For example if you have State Farm insurance on your car and you were insured through them in a car accident then let them know that and they will help with needed legal assistance.

Also if you have medical insurance that you are currently using but they have a chance to recover their financial liability by sueing someone else who was responsible....they have a dog in the hunt as well.

You can successfully sue a ham sandwich for having mustard and mayo....but collecting money damages is difficult...even if the judge awards it.

I need to send a Freedom of Information Act demand for the videos before anything else I decided. I might be wrong, but if I gather the evidence, perhaps that will be the leverage that I need.

So sorry, you had to go through this. I will add my prayer for you to the rest. Don't wory, the lord will direct you and your faith in him will see you through. You will be healed and you will get a befitting job and you will give thanks and praise to the lord.

Hopefully the insurers can just pay your medical out (if thats how it works there) knowing you are in the right AND have evidence and they dont make you jump hoops.
I had a fall a month ago. Got about 1 or 2 weeks left of physio and I should be back to normal So grateful to God for a slow healing, it gave me the opportunity to find this site! You will get there too. If you cant get to a physio atm maybe you can get someone to massage you? I do wish you well, youre always so attentive with others here.

I’m really sorry you’re going through this. I hope you make a full and speedy recovery and that the insurance company does the right thing and covers your medical and recovery expenses. Since you have video footage and documented injuries, keeping all your medical records and bills organized should help support your claim. Hubby and I have a friend , he's not a Christian and he's not the brightest spark he lives here in England and his mum and older sisters live in U.S.A. in Chicago . He very recently went over to c them , taking his son who is in his early teens . While there his son was quite badly injured in a go cart crash and had to have quite a bit of emergency treatment and , they flew home early .
A couple of days ago , our friend received a bill totalling £60 , 000 . The foolish man had not taken out any travel insurance , not even for his son ! I insure my pets ! Nevermind my children !
His sister , who lives and works in Chicago in healthcare , has advised him to ignore the communications and forget about it as the hospital will eventually give up . . He certainly doesn't have that kind of money available to him . His mum is quite well off so my guess is that she will pay it for him . What do Americans think of this ? Do u think the hospital will eventually give up ? What usually happens in these kind of situations ?

They will mark it off as bad debt and forget it.
He has zero tax identification numbers, or any sort of credit rating or assets of any kind in the USA.
Now where things MIGHT get tricky....and it's truly a fraud is where someone in the UK might try to collect the debt on behalf of the hospital and doctors in the USA....but that debt is not internationally saleable. Domestically yes, but not internationally.

Professional debt collectors here in the US will buy bad debt for pennies on the dollar....then go about collecting in it through the use of intimidation tactics, trashing your credit score, and finally court systems where they can garnish your wages, seize assets, or attach themselves to personal property for when you die. It just depends upon how much money it is.

But essentially what will eventually happen is Medicaid will pay the debt through the State Department. (Our government)
They will jump through a bunch of hoops and paperwork and the bill will grow to insane proportions and then finally our government will pay the bill....

Medical Bill's are insane here in the US to begin with....this is part of the reason why.....many bills go unpaid or only partially paid. And the percentage of the bills the hospital sends out that goes unpaid are so high....its kinda nuts at this point.

Insurance companies try to get out of paying too....
Hospitals are routinely overbilling and cross billing (charging for procedures or services other than the ones performed)
However.....insurance companies have been posting record profits....especially after buying up most of its competitors and then raising rates while not paying hospitals and doctors. (Amazing how that works usnt it?)

The right wing prime minister who decided to give us ordinary folk a vote on Brexit was a moron , he really did not expect the result that he got and like Herod made his promise , he had to keep it and follow through .
We have a new prime minister now , I hate the way that in the last couple of decades , prime minister's r being treated as if they were football managers , if they don't give immediate satisfaction they r sacked . It's disgusting to c all those politicians who got behind someone and said how they were the perfect person for the job and they will get everything done etc etc etc , five minutes later when that person does one thing they don't like , they turn on them like a pack of wild dogs . It's gross and reveals the pure selfishness of all politicians , every one of them only wants what's best for themselves , their own career and their own bank balance . Thanks to God , none of this is going to last forever , when Christ returns , humans will either b with him or against him and , the pure in heart , the humble and the faithful will live and reign with him in a beautiful world without greed , bloodshed or fear . Can't happen soon enough for me .

I'm not a big fan of governments to start with....but....when they do NOT operate with transparency everyone sees conspiracies and evil motives.

All that "not knowing" creates fear, mistrust, and hot anger when things go wrong. Whether they were involved or not.
